I'm doing some technical work on my computer.
First I had to totally redo my network settings (and then change the settings for all of our computers) and now I'm trying to get Time Machine to start working again.

Good for you. The thing with ASM, from what I know, is that it is a lot more limitless than standard GBA scripting. With ASM, you have to figure out what you want to change and how to go about doing it.
I'd recommend checking out HackMew's tutorial as well as the one linked in thethethethe's sig.

You're learning ASM? With Panda?
Last time I checked, Panda's idea of "ASM" is completely wrong. He thought it meant "Advanced Scripting Method". I actually loled when I saw that. ASM isn't just going in and changing scripts with hex.
But hey, what do I know? If you're learning actual ASM, then good for you. It was a little too much for me to digest when I tried learning it. Maybe when I'm older.
Although I'd like to see an example of what you guys are learning. Can you give me an example of this so-called ASM?
