You need to have 10 completed VPP! You can claim a Master after you have finished raising Meganium :)

Any normal (non special) pokemon can be claimed as a Master, so no legendries!

I can't find your breeder stats so it's very difficult to keep track of your raised friends. If you could create one, that would be really great :)

You need to have 10 completed VPP! You can claim a Master after you have finished raising Meganium :)

If that is the April Fools Day Ditto then please remember that it doesn't count towards Masters or for requirements in challenges or towards legendaries :)
