Surely, Amphy-chan, you can try to remove the red lines. Whoever can get them off should try.

In Kanto, he probably made it into the top 15 or 10, especially considering the beastiness of his Dodaitosu. Johto probably about the same. Hoenn, maybe top 10 or 6.​

I'd say at least the top 10 in all of them. Possibly higher in Kanto
