Not necessarily. Look at Gardevoir. It's mainly beautiful to me.

(By the way, if you haven't noticed, Piplup, Turtwig and Chimchar share almost the same pitch and notes for their cries.)

When I ever hear Togepi's Cry,It sound like "You are Cute-pi" even Togepi meant to say "Togpei"

I'd say they're graceful and elegant. Because Pokemon like them exude that, you know, flair. That "Oomph" that makes them stand out as classy~

-Well, personally, Darumaka has one of the cutest I've heard, since I never got enough of the cute cry that pokemon has...not to mention its cute animation. :cer_giggle:
