@DragoniteMySavior: Yay! A whole bunch of Skitties. Skitty is one of my favorite Hoenn Pokemon alongside Plusle, Minun, Marill and etc. * a long list tbh * :D

Wowee, talk about a lot of love for Skitty! In all honesty I've never found Skitty all that cute! /shot. I think it's because of its face, it doesn't look natural to me... I'm surprised no mentioned this cutie though!

Topic: For cutest in the hoenn region I want to say Skitty or Electrike, they are both so cute! :D I love Delcatty as well. I think it is quite elegant to say the least :3

Ohhh gosh, how could I forget about Spheal! That thing is a ball of adorableness! <3 Now I'm having a hard time choosing between the two! D: Hikari, do you not think Electrike is cute? Can I ask why? ^^ I think another one that I've always found really cute is Relicanth, but you may not agree with this one...
