Does anyone mod there consoles? Do you have aesthetic mods or performance mods?
I'm in the process of installing a front light into my GBC.

On my Xbox I have a disc hack to where I can download games for free by burning them and I had a modded controller for call of duty, but it broke.

Id rather not toy with my PS3, since i am known for breaking stuff for trying to mod with it.

Since we had 8! PS2's cause i demolished 6 of them with my attempts to mod a PS2 xD

CFW 6.60 PSP, my Wii is hacked and thats about it, I have like R4 chips for my DS but yeah thats about it.

I've never really modded any of my consoles. I modded Super Smash Bros. Brawl though, I have Project Melee on it which is a legal hack. I would only try to mod. my old PSP and maybe my Wii since they're not too expensive. If I get another PS3 I may try to mod. it, idk.

PSP is the only thing I've ever modded. I ended up bricking it the first time, but got it fixed somehow. Then, I gave it one more shot and managed to get it done. Did have to go through a lot of process, but it was still worth it, though. Aside from that, I also wanted to mod my Wii once, but... I just couldn't. It was too difficult. ):

The most I've done is soft mod my Wii. I would say I play games on CD-R on my Dreamcast, but Sega kind of did that to themselves.

I myself only have my Wii hacked, but I HAVE hacked OTHER PEOPLES PS3s and Xbox systems before, which is funny since I don't even own one but know how to hack it.

I've known people modify PS2s (although I can't remember what they actually did to them) but I've never attempted it myself. I just... don't really see any reason for me to do it, really.

Out of my (many) consoles, five are modded:
    • A softmodded Wii. I use it mostly as a way to play romhacks from SonicRetro on my TV.
    • A NES with a disabled lockout chip. I read somewhere that, with time, it started locking out even legit local games, so I wanted to be on the safe side of things.
    • A 3DS with a capture card.
    • A Game Gear with a controller port and a TV output.
    • A PS1 with the chip that allows reading games from CD-R (a friend sold it to me like this, I'm not fond of piracy myself).

I just buy consoles/handhelds, put games in, and enjoy...
