I've finally finished my sign up everyone. Although, be warned. There is a section which I wrote A LOT in... *COUGH COUGH* My history *COUGH COUGH*
I'm prepared to edit anything you find wrong with it.

Name: Collette Age: 14 Sex: Female
Appearance: Collette stands at a height of roughly 5'4," which is slightly boosted of a pair of black hiking boots. Her build is pretty average, thanks to having a slightly larger array of food to eat than most thieves. She has judgmental chocolate eyes that accompany a fair complexion. Collette's hair is the darkest shade of brown possible and it is kept in a slightly messy condition. It's a rather straight cut that barely reaches her shoulders. Her fringe nearly entirely covers her forehead, with only a few gaps in between. Collette's mouth is rarely smiling, usually blank or frowning.
Onto her outfit. For starters, Collette always wears a pair of gloves, one plain black and one plain white (although the latter has a few patches of blood scattered around it), as well as the aforementioned black hiking boots. Her main attire starts with a pair of tattered and torn denim jeans, which are two sizes too big for Collette, so she has to wear a steel chain to act as her belt. Finally, her torso. Collette wears a white tank-top (which also has a few blood stains) underneath an eternally opened black jacket. The white tank-top once had a has a faded star on it, but its nearly impossible to see now.
Marceline Fusion: When fused with Marceline, Collette's eyes become a pale red while her hair becomes fully black and shorter. The rest has been made into a giant, pony-tail like maw. The second mouth is lined with ten large, sharp teeth (Six on top, four on bottom), as well as a massive, slobbery tongue. It extends from the top of her head all the way down to her knees. The maw appears to be made out of something steel-like, although Collette has no idea what. Another thing Collette has no idea about is a pair of bang-like extensions made from the same thing as the mouth. Collette isn't entirely sure what they do, if they do anything at all (SPOILER ALERT: They do nothing).
Proxy Fusion: When fused with Proxy, Collette's appearance doesn't really change on a superficial level. However, touching her before she uses transform would reveal that she's become… gooey. Everything about her becomes malleable and jelly-like, which can make doing things as simple as walking a lot more difficult. That said, Collette usually transforms immediately after fusing, granting her a more stable body in the form of someone else's.
Personality: Collette isn't exactly the nicest person in the world. She's generally pretty cynical about other people, and will deliberately try finding reasons to dislike them (although sometimes she'll end up grasping at straws). This naturally means she has a tendency to despise 'happier' or more 'perfect' people. Collette is also very blunt, preferring to get straight to the truth/point, rather than wait for the sugar-coating to end. She doesn't see any point in trying to make their world seem better than it really is, so she tends to come off as rather harsh. And don't expect to have many conversations about her life, feelings or any of the like. Collette's a hard bottle/jar of pickles to open.
One might think that Collette makes it her mission to be an unlikable person. They wouldn't be wrong. Hidden underneath her cynical, harsh and distant personality lies a sad and emotionally fragile girl. She doesn't want to go through the pain of having someone close to her die ever again. So instead of trying to better herself and become more able to stop it from happening, Collette decided to try stop any relationships from forming between herself and others in the first place. She starts by pointing out fairly major reasons to dislike someone. But this doesn't always work. So she has to start nitpicking or even use made up reasons to dislike a person. If you ever notice that Collette is particularly critical of you, it generally means she's warming up to you, and trying to convince herself to stop.
That said, Collette isn't devoid of happy emotions (They're just really, really suppressed) and there are times when she'll genuinely enjoy having the presence of another. Despite preferring loneliness, most of Collette's hobbies require other people. Collette's number one favourite pastime is transforming into other people and messing with their lives, turning back to normal, and then watching the drama unfold. She also loves to gamble, usually wagering non-material things (e.g favours) to people she thinks she can beat or cheat off of.

Collette hasn't lived a charmed life.
She was born to a pair of nomadic thieves, who quickly debated whether or not they should keep the girl. Knowing the dangers that accompanied bringing up a child in this world, her father argued against raising her. They were already having a hard enough time; a third person who couldn't help them would be nothing more than an extra mouth to feed. But her mother disagreed, stating that when the girl was older she'd be able to benefit them greater than either of them could imagine. Eventually, the father gave in.
After a couple of months their life was practically the same as it had been before the baby arrived, aside from having to find a cave to keep their daughter in before every robbery they performed. While difficult, their life seemed to be rather pleasant. Collette was fed, told stories about the creatures once known as Pokémon and was given a very minor education, consisting of nothing more than basic English and mathematics (as well as advanced stealing). She was happy for 8 wonderful years. Unfortunately, this is where the happy child started to vanish.
After a particularly rough week on the misty mountains of route 210, Collette's parents had failed to acquire any food from passing travellers. While she slept, her parent's attempted to find a solution to their current problem. Her mother insisted that they wait a few more days, convinced that luck would eventually turn their way. However, her father rationalized that if they were starving, they'd never be able to steal from anyone, if someone were to even show up in the first place. Instead, he proposed something horrible, something unthinkable, something necessary.
He proposed that they eat their daughter.
Originally, her mother refused to let this happen, shouting at her husband that they couldn't do this to their own child. This caused Collette to wake up, although she kept her eyes shut out of fear. As her father continued to explain himself, Collette's mother was compelled to accept his plan. After all, they hadn't eaten in quite a while, any longer and they'd be on death's door. So after many tears, she solemnly accepted. The two immediately searched his bag for a knife, so they could end her life as quickly as possible. Her father found it hidden inside a small blanket. He turned to face his daughter and do the dirty deed, but… she was gone.
Collette, still in shock at what her own parents were going to do to her, ran off into a windless, misty night. She closed her eyes as a stream of water poured out, making her completely unaware of her surroundings. Unfortunately, this caused her to fly straight off a cliff. As soon as she felt her body start to freefall, Collette's eyes flashed wide open. All they saw was a wall of water flying towards them. Everything went black once she hit the water's surface. Her limp body floated down the river as death became imminent…
Something warm was pressed on her face as a faint murmur entered her ears. The same 'thing' then pushed her onto her side and hit her in the gut. Collette started to cough vigorously, eventually opening her eyes to see what was happening. In front of her sat two children, a girl and a boy, both of them around her age. They smiled at her with playful grins, something that Collette hadn't really seen before. She started looking around, but was shocked to see their 3rd member. Sat directly next to her was a literally flaming girl, with a pale complexion and steel rods instead of arms. After watching Collette back away out of fear, the girl introduced herself. Her name was Laurel, wielder of Lumière the Chandelure and the 'big sister' of her family of the unwanted and the abandoned, pointing at the three children she was with while speaking.
Collette was then asked a single question. "Are you alone out here?" With absolutely no hesitation, she answered the girl with a blunt "Yes." Taking pity in the 8 year old, Laurel offered to take her into their 'family.' She sounded sincere in her words, and the three with her seemed to be in decent health. They even looked relatively well-fed, something she definitely couldn't say about herself. So she accepted. After roughly half a day's trip, the four had successfully and safely lead Collette to what was left of Solaceon Town. They immediately fed her and tended to any wounds she had as best as they could, before properly welcoming her into their family.
Five years passed before fate decided to ruin her life again. Collette and her family had been living reasonably peacefully in Solaceon. She had bonded with her surrogate family, coming to trust her brother Dylan the most. They survived off whatever they could find in the town, as well as the belongings of those who passed through. But one day, something was off about the three children. For whatever reason they were incredibly jumpy and had a strange fixation on Mt Coronet, which could be seen from atop some of the ruined houses. Laurel recognized what they were going through, telling them to find a few bags to put a lot of food into immediately. As soon as they were finished the four of them set off for Mt Coronet's peak.
Their journey was long and perilous, but they were lucky enough to reach their destination without encountering anyone too dangerous. As soon as they arrived, the three children were all in awe at how beautiful the crystal was. And without a second thought, they ran up to and placed their hands onto it. The crystals started to glow with a wondrous light, adding to its beauty tenfold. Unfortunately, they weren't the only ones who were in view of this spectacle. A thunderous roar bellowed from above as four bright streaks tore through the sky. These streaks were stunning to watch… And crashing towards them.
Paralyzed by fear, Collette did absolutely nothing to avoid the attack. All she could do was manage a slight glance at her family, all of them preparing for the worst. She thought absolutely nothing of the fact that her brother had splotches of pink goo scattered around his body, nor the wings and horn of her sister. Collette held her arms in front of her head and… 'tink'. The meteor bounced off of her as if it were a rubber ball, being nothing more than a slight annoyance. She stared at it, watching as it slowly fizzled away. Collette looked around out of confusion, noticing that her 'big sister' was standing over a young girl with a large hole in her chest, head drooped downwards.
She then realized that the little girl was her sister. Collette attempted to burst out into tears, but for some reason she was physically unable to. "It would be best if you didn't do that." A young, foreign voice said, clearly annoyed by what she was going to do. The voice introduced herself as Marceline, explaining what she was and what had happened. While she was listening to the Mawile describe herself, Collette noticed something far more interesting. More specifically, an exact replica of how she looked at the time.
However, before she had time to so much as examine her clone, she noticed Laurel run over and talk to her. Laurel was suffering from a minor gash to her left leg, but was otherwise okay. Her replica was visibly frightened and confused, pointing at Collette before running off into the nearest cave entrance. Laurel limped her way to her, giving her a hug before anything was even said. Something heavy crashed onto the ground, as a thunderous roar could be heard once more. "Collette, you need to get out of here as fast as you can. Dylan will be waiting for you deeper in that cave. When you meet up with him, keep going and don't wait for me." Laurel commanded, her every word tinged with sadness. "GO!"
(Since my history is already too long and you're probably bored out of your mind, I'll be giving an abridged version of what happens next. I'll probably explain it better in a flashback or something. Or not at all).
Six months later… While out hunting for a campsite to steal from, Collette and Dylan find themselves being chased by the same monster that killed their sister and fought their big sister. It was a Salamence wielder. While the two put up a good fight, the Salamence wielder was also armed with a Chandelure, easily outmatching the two relatively inexperienced spirit wielders. However, Dylan, having changed into a Drifblim wielder they had seen earlier (thanks to Proxy, who was originally his Pokéspirit), knew how to kill him. He set up a destiny bond and asked Collette to kill the both of them. Collette refused, but Marceline took control of her body and forced her to.
How does your character obtain food?: Cannibal/Cannibalistic Thief.
Pokéspirits: Marceline the Mawile and Proxy the Ditto.
Pokéspirit Personality Marceline: Marceline's entire personality could be described in one word. Trouble. She's unnaturally loud, drowning out most of Proxy's advice with her blaring. This wouldn't be so much of a problem, if it weren't for her other… 'qualities.' Marceline is incredibly bossy, often trying to 'persuade' Collette into doing her bidding. And by persuade, I mean shout at her until she finally gives into Marceline's commands. Unfortunately, Marceline also happens to love watching Collette (and only Collette) injure herself.
When she's not giving Collette a long list of (mostly dangerous) demands, Marceline strives to be the most annoying thing in existence. She whines when things don't go her way, starts frequent arguments and fills Collette's head with unnecessary conversations about the stupidest things. She also loves to use sarcasm and 'wit' whenever she gets the chance, much to Collette's dismay.
Despite all this, Marceline has (albeit rarely) shown kindness to Collette. She tends to stay quiet when Collette is actively 'being someone else,' in case she blew their cover. Marceline secretly cares quite deeply about Collette's psychological well-being, but whether that's because she actually cares about her or because she doesn't want to be stuck with a lunatic for the rest of time is another story. Collette's 1st Pokéspirit. (Marceline=BOLD text)
Proxy: Proxy doesn't exactly have much of a personality. He (Yes I gave it a gender) very rarely speaks, and when he does, it's monotonous and emotionless. When he does talk, Proxy has proven to be very intelligent and analytical. He knows which berries are safe to eat, how dangerous a foe might be and when it would be a good time to run. He also has an incredibly vivid memory, able to describe (in detail) what Collette has eaten for the past month or two. That said, his advice is usually overshadowed by the loud booming of Marceline, Collette's other Pokéspirit. (Proxy=Italic text)
Pokéspirit Moves: Marceline: Iron Head, Crunch, Rough Play, Ice Fang, Swords Dance and Iron Defence
Ability: Intimidate
Proxy: Transform
Ability: Limber
Pokéspirit Other:
Proxy's Transform: When he was alive, Proxy had the ability to reconstruct his DNA to mimic people, Pokémon and other things. Since becoming a Pokéspirit, he's passed this ability onto his wielder. Transform allows Collette to perfectly copy the appearance, voice and abilities of anyone, including other Pokéspirit wielders. And, thanks to Proxy's brilliant analytical skills, she can imitate their personality (however, this generally takes a lot longer to do). However, there are a few drawbacks to this ability.
Firstly, it takes a couple of seconds for her body to transform into another's. In this time if she were to be attacked, she'd be reverted back to her original state or stuck in an unfinished form, helpless for a short amount of time. Also, fighting in the form of another Pokéspirit wielder is incredibly tiring, leaving Collette more tired than if she were to fight with Marceline or another spirit.
Marceline's Second Mouth: Aside from having her physical strength boosted (after all, her second mouth is pretty damn heavy), Collette gains (nearly) full control over the second mouth on her head. The jaw has amazing strength, allowing Collette to tear through iron with little trouble. However, this ability would be nearly useless without the teeth, it's not like she can gum someone to death. Her second mouth is lined with ten large, sharp teeth.
I still haven't mentioned Collette's greatest ability. Collette's second mouth allows her to

………Eat things! Isn't that amazing?.. However, this superbly fantastic ability has one, major drawback. Very rarely (mostly when she's starving), Collette's second mouth will act like it has a mind of its own and it will eat ANYTHING.

"UGH... This is SO boring. Why don't you just go in there and tear all their heads off?" A young, annoyed voice asked, apparently unable to be patient for once in her life. Collette was sitting underneath a window on a relatively small house, which was hidden in the outskirts of Children's City. Four people were inside, discussing their plan for the day. Unfortunately, she heard something that'd make getting inside a lot harder. At least one of the people would be in the house at all times, so she can't just sneak in while no one's watching. "Great... This won't be as easy as I hoped it would be." She glumly thought, poking her head up for another look.
She was only able to see one of her targets now. It was a young, brunette boy with tiny brown ears on the top of his head, a crescent shaped tattoo on his forehead and a pair of large, grey claws for hands. "Proxy, memorise the appearance, speech patt-" Her thought was immediately cut off by a comment from everyone's favourite Mawile.
"Y'know, life would be so much easier if you were a full-time cannibal."
"Life would be easier if you were able to shut-up for once."
"Maybe if you did what I say, I wouldn't have to speak as much."
Their thought war continued for a couple of minutes, before the emotionless voice of Proxy interjected. "...I'm done." Collette raised her eyebrow; he's never been this quick before. "Alright, let me hear it."

After an hour of riveting conversations, Collette was barely conscious. It was still pretty early in the morning and Marceline's babbling is very able to send someone straight to sleep. However, a rather marvellous sound quickly awakened her. The sound of a door closing burst into her ear-drums. The sound she had been waiting for. Collette quickly looked up at the sky, making sure it was the right time for them to leave. "Finally, they've left." She thought, poking her head near the window once more. "Do not make your move just yet. It'll be too obvious." Proxy advised. Collette began to drag her finger across the dirt, setting up a game of noughts and crosses to play against herself. "I'm not an idiot, Proxy."
Roughly 20 minutes passed, before Collette finally made her move. Pink goo emerged from her skin, which quickly went to work on her body. Her body was compressed into a smaller size while her hair started to shrink into ruffled and messy strands. Two furred and tiny ears emerged from the top of her head, while a pair of claws took the place of her hands. It wasn't long before her entire body, clothes and all, was an exact replica of the young boy who left earlier. She rubbed her claws together. "Now then, let's get to work."
Collette started banging on the door, eyes filled with tears as she called out for her 'brother.' The kid she assumed the form of was apparently the 'baby' of their group, calling everyone he cares about brother or sister. The brother rushed to the door as three cuts materialised around her body; she had to make it look believable after all. "You'll need to hug him, before telling him what happened." Proxy was basically directing from behind the scenes, advising Collette on every action she should take. It was effective... most of the time.
The door opened wide, prompting Collette to immediately jump into his arms. "Brother, Sister and other Brother were attacked by a big group of thugs near our scavenging spot." She explained, feigning tears and sadness. "I was barely able to get away and they told me to come get you." Collette showed him the fake injuries, before hopping off of him. "Guard the house... I'll be right back!" The boy commanded as his appearance changed to match that of an Emboar's. He shut the door behind him, before running off into the distance.
Collette waited for him to disappear from her view, changing back into her normal form as soon as he did. "That went... okay." Collette muttered, immediately searching the house. "Eh, I'd give your performance a 4/10. You lacked conviction in most of your scenes." Marceline joked, awaiting a reaction from either of the two. However, Collette was too focused on finding the food to listen, while Proxy just didn't care. She came up to a suspiciously locked door and quickly fused with Marceline. Her second mouth immediately chomped on the lock, snapping it in two. Collette quickly opened the door to find 4 four stacks of leaf parcels.
Her hands delicately tore one open, finding a small piece of bread on the inside. It was a little mouldy, but definitely edible. Collette's tongue immediately began to scoop up half of the packages into her giant maw. As soon as she was done, Collette burst through the front door, running until she had completely lost sight of the house.
@Dansparce: Hmm... Let's see if I can't get your SU handled before I get on my first post.
Wow I just cannot get in the mindset for an M rated RP right now. My brain is fighting with me trying to be unreasonable about that scene with the 'young girl' near the end. My stomach tells me I'm just feeling a tad icky though, so I'm going to go ahead and approve you. You did good. c:
@Everyone: I'll get to work on the first post right now. Hopefully that'll set the scene for you guys to jump in. I'm going to try avoid filler posts on my part, so feel free to write joint posts inbetween my posts if you want your characters to have spontaneous social interaction and stuff. (I find an etherpad is very useful for these.)
Just remember to be respectful to the fact that nearby people who are more likely to get involved the more heated it gets.

There we go--First post's up! I ended the post with a convenient excuse for any newcomers to approach Lucy and for anyone to ask IC questions. Feel free to have all your characters pile the questions on while it's still convenient.
Sooo is Children's City heavily guarded? And what's the city look like? XD Sorry but i'm trying to picture it as my character will be coming upon the city in my post
Oriana won't always be this off, but she hasn't talked to anyone since Spark died (while also coming to the realization that Spark died for her) and to see the one person Spark told her to see just take a hit to the face is something that she couldn't take lightly. She isn't looking for a fight right now though.
Also just to clarify, Spark died from malnutrition. She was eating very little amounts of food, giving most of it to Oriana. Eventually she knew she would die and began giving Oriana a lot of advice about what to do next. I figured this was the best way to have her die, although the most painful.
Three reasons for this
1. I didn't want to do Spark again, nor did I want her as an NPC (as an NPC she would've just been a second character)
2. I wanted Spark to be a large influence on Oriana, one that was more than just master and trainee. By giving her life in a way that wasn't just a battle, I solidified the bond between the two characters.
3. Characters in my stories that kill are suspectable to death themselves. Those that take lives in my stories will not live to die of old age (just a common philosophy I have in my violent stories.)
@Apollo: I could've sworn I replied to this! There's not really such a thing as a crowded city here, nor a city with 'guards'. Generally speaking the inhabitants of a city simply defend themselves and each other should the need ever arise. There's nobody with an actual job dedicated to stopping thieves or things like that. It's just sort of a... community expectation. If you're a kid and nobody recognizes you as having stolen anything you're basically fine for now.
Children's City is a run down place. Most buildings are damaged and some are rubble. All cities in Pokemon Fallout look vaguely as if they were abandoned a long time ago with only a few exceptions where they're significantly cleaner than usual.
The kid in my post is John Doe, which I've already (briefly) talked to Geras32 about including. If he wants something changed, I'll get on it as soon as I wake up in the morning.
I'll be giving people a little bit more time to realize the RP is up and write their post before I start working on my next one. Not that long, but--Y'know. :P

Also I think someone has a crush on Lozel. But who doesn't? Teehee. Keep in mind I won't be posting as lady lopunny as much as the general antagonist so I'm trying to keep interactions at a low level, but that doesn't mean there will be none. Who's left to post?
Sorry about the wait. I had a tough time figuring out how to appeal to all the people that were just watching Lucy and not actually interacting with her whilst simultaneously responding to Oriana without bunnying her too much. (...Sorry if I did, by the way. I admittedly wasn't able to avoid bunnying a little. :U)
That is however the price we pay for keeping up a decent pace I guess. Speaking of which, I'm going to be very flexible about where things go. If you've any ideas you want to toss out, here's the thread to do that in!
