I can barely read the text on a dark background at full brightness. The text is also not centered, although I don't know if that's what you intended or not. Finally you're using an IMAGE to convey text, which is probably not good unless you really must have a specific font and can't find a way to select/embed it.

Everything is perfectly done, but seeing this guy all the time in nearly all of your sigs has made this particular sig less appealing.

Well organised, an interesting image and it matches your theme nicely. The only thing that prevents you from getting a ten is that the gif you are using could have better quality.
