Crystal hack: Pokemon Sour Crystal (improvement hack)

Ran into a problem in Kanto! im currently trying to get to pallet town though diglet tunnel, i got the EMS radio card in lavender town and already beat mysty but when i try to wake the snorlax blocking the path there is no radio channel on the pokegear for me to use the pokeflute channel on, has anyone else run into this issue?

The next update will be released soon. I am working on improving the swarm system among other things. As for following pokemon, I personally dont want to have it in Sour Crystal.

Hi,
I second this suggestion, following pokemon is, imo, the only feature missing to make it perfect.
Even tho you weren't planning to do so, if not too hard to implement, could it be possible to have an alternative version with it ? Again if adding this feature is not too complicated.

I third this. Adding the following Pokemon feature would honestly be dope, as long as it's no pressure on the developer.
 
Actually, the last update was 40 minutes ago. SoupPotato is constantly updating the project and has not indicated that it is completed.

It would be the first Crystal hack I know of to have this amazing feature!! "But what about Pokémon Crystal Clear?" For me it doesn't count, because it doesn't follow Crystal's story, it's open world. But as they said: only if it's not too much work for BlazingMagmar.
 
please would you mind add 60 fps mod like shin poke red, its smooth, so nice...

covenant orb could be changed to link stone, i think its fit better into game...

Is Larvitar in the Safari Zone in this? I know it is in HGSS, but there's also fewer areas. Tried the peaks and the desert and can't seem to make it appear in either.

Edit: Also just found a bug. Whenever I exit Rock Tunnel from the south I warp out in front of the Kanto Power Plant. Reading the sign outside the power plant also keeps causing my game to crash in some cores on retroarch, and in others it restarts the game thinking it's being played on an original Gameboy.

Hi, I'm a first time player of this hack and I'm really enjoying it so far :) I've found there's a lot of gen 2 hacks that advertise themselves as improvement hacks but also add phys/spec split *and* the fairy type *and* modern evos *and* moves up to gen 8 and and and... Ultimately creating a way different experience which usually turns me away a little as someone who plays gen 2 hacks because I like what gen 2 does. This hack scratches a very specific itch of getting to play a somewhat more refined, challenging Johto without the shackles of multiple versions or new pokemon locked behind engaging in multi-player features... Great stuff here!!
