    Welcome to the return of Meet & Greet's "Raise a Pokemon" thread, now backed by the spectacular VPP by Caite-Chan! This thread will detail how VPP works and how you can transfer your Pokemon from M&G's previous 'raise a Pokemon' thread to VPP. Below will be listed all of the owners of Pokemon from the aforementioned thread, so make sure you follow up!​


    What is VPP?

    VPP stands for Virtual Pokemon Pet! This is a fun and interactive way to raise your own Pokemon by engaging with the forums. You can learn more about VPP by checking the section!

    Your VPP journey starts out by collecting an egg. Each egg will hatch after 75 posts to the Pokemon of your choosing. After a total of 175 posts, they will reach level 100! Once a Pokemon has been fully leveled, you're able to begin again with a new egg. Make sure to raise them all and don't forget to make a VPP Breeder Stat post!


    How do I transfer Pokemon?


    If you are one of our previous trainers (as listed below) you have the ability to transfer ONE Pokemon to VPP. Once you bring over one Pokemon and collect 200 points, the rest will become Legacy Pokémon. You cannot use these remaining Pokemon for obtaining Legendaries, only for trading and badges. Here's how to register:


    1. Go to the VPP thread with the Pokemon you want to transfer in mind
    2. Post: TRANSFER POKEMON
      Name:
      Pokemon:
      Points: 200
      Legacy Pokemon:​
    3. Make / Update your VPP Breeder Stats
    4. Post here to let us know the Pokemon you transferred

    Just a reminder that you can still transfer your Pokemon to VPP in order to keep raising them!! There's a lot of you listed and I'd hate to see your precious 'mons be neglected in this vestige of M&G's event after working so hard to raise them. So go hit up VPP and tell Caite-Chan you wish to transfer from M&G!

    WELCOME NEW TRAINERS

    Just like starting a new journey in a new game you can start a new journey here at PokeCommunity while raising Pokémon in VPP! You can put your posting around PokeCommunity to good use by joining VPP. There are so many things you can do in VPP from collecting badges to completing challenges to getting legendary Pokémon and so much more.

    For all NEW Trainers that join VPP your FIRST Pokémon will be half the posts to raise and you'll get a bonus 200 points.
