So, basically I've been sitting on this RP concept for a while now.
Each planet, each galaxy is a part of a bigger macrocosm; a universe. In turn, each universe is a part of an even greater structure, the multiverse. Many have theorised this, but few can prove it. This isn't important though. What's important is that every universe is not only governed by the laws of physics, but also by a divine overseer. A god. And the gods are bored.
You'd think being an omnipotent, super powerful being with near total control over an entire universe would never get old but after a few trillion years things start to get dull and there's really not much to do but talk… and like with most creatures simple discussions can easily turn into arguments and pissing contests… like whose universe can kick whose universes ass. Well, now the gods have decided to put all the smack talk to the test and find out.
You're one of these gods.
Each god, each player, begins with a single fighter at their disposal. After every three victories however, a new one can be added to your team. There are six classes of warrior that you can make use of - and you can only have one character at your disposal for each slot until all six are full. The classes are as follows.
Basically, if arcade fighters or MOBAs were an RP. This RP will exist for three reasons, firstly as an excuse to write insane action sequences that might not fit very well into other RPs. Secondly, to give people a no pressure environment to work on writing combat scenes. Finally, it's meant to be an easy, fun RP that you can jump in and out of without much worry.
This is kind of unlike the sort of thing I'd normally make with Journey Optional being the only thing remotely close, so thoughts are welcome.

How does this work?
Well, as a god, you're going to select a team of champions and then pit them against those of other gods (NPCs, other players, both - take your pick!). Basically, you just write a post from the perspective of the combatants. You can pick just about anything for the location of these battles. Each god, each player, begins with a single fighter at their disposal. After every three victories however, a new one can be added to your team. There are six classes of warrior that you can make use of - and you can only have one character at your disposal for each slot until all six are full. The classes are as follows.
Fighter - Warriors specialising in close range combat whether that be armed or unarmed. Usually vulnerable to attacks from a distance.
Sniper - Warriors with a focus on projectile weapons. Typically vulnerable to close-quarters combat. Don't have to actually be snipers I just didn't have a better word.
Mage - Combatants who join the fray using magic (or similar). They tend to have a very diverse skillset but limited physical abilities.
Tank - Those annoying guys who take forever to kill. Tanks have massive defensive abilities but are usually slower and limited in their offensive options.
Summoner - Summoners call forth other creatures to fight for them. Like Mages, they are often unpredictable opponents, but they have little combat ability themselves.
Assassins - Assassins rely on evasion and stealth to keep out of the way of their opponents until they can sneak in and deliver nasty attacks. They are typically among the most fragile of combatants.
Your roster of warriors can be newly created characters, or come from pre-existing RPs. The catch, is that they have to plausibly exist in the same universe governed by the same god.
