Pokemon Platinum - Energetic Guy Clemstar (Benny)

"Benny and his new partner Leif the Turtwig hit it off instantly. Benny became Leif's guardian and Leif; Benny's ace. Their energy was unmatched."

The first gym leader Roark was piece of cake. Leif annihilated all 3 Rock types with his new move Razor Leif(xd).

"Upon arriving in the Valley Windworks to thwart Team Galactic Jupiter's sinister plan, Benny and Leif found a new friend in a Buizel who had just lost her father to Team Galactic's recklessness. Benny sprints off to the Windworks Factory followed by his new friends Leif and Daisy. Daisy's eyes are filled with vengeance."

The second gym was slightly harder to take down than the first, having no super effective types/ all not very effective types.

GAME FREAK has allowed you to travel the Sinnoh region as a trainer with the purpose of finding inspiration for the story and world of their next main series Pokemon game. You must write an immersive and entertaining narrative with each of your log posts for this challenge. Purugly - Purple, Pallas Cat, Feminine, Unattractive
The Protagonist - If you have the ability to hack, hack in a Glameow as either a starter or first route wild encounter. This Pokemon will be your best friend and will be by your side through your entire journey. Purugly must always know Return in order to display the friendship between you two. Purugly must also always be a higher level than all your other Pokemon because, admit it, you play favorites.

Leafeon - Large Meadows, Good, Slender, Mammal, Grass, Capricorn (nobody knows what the Eeveelutions are so just go with it)
The Setting - Leafeon represents the expansive, natural world that your journey will unfold upon. As such, Leafeon may only use berries as hold items. Leafeon also insists that you give back to the earth by replanting berries every time you pick some for yourself.

The Story - Dusknoir is shy in every sense of the word. However, underneath there is a brilliant Pokemon waiting to unleash its full potential. Dusknoir must know one Psychic type move at all times ASAP.

You must play this entire game with the music on to provide creative inspiration for your own pieces. You must also obtain 2 of the 5 flutes as soon as possible and use each of them at least once by the end of your journey. Mightyena - Black, Evil, Slender, Dark, Leo (close enough)
Mightyena is the embodiment of your dark side. Overtly mischievous and corrupt, Mightyena often attempts to steal. In every major battle (Rival battles, Gym Leaders, Elite Four Members, etc.), Mightyena's first turn in battle must be spent attempting to capture the opponent's Pokemon. After realizing its efforts are futile, Mightyena returns to battling normally.

Ninetales - Fire, Mythical Creature, Japanese (based on the kitsune), Lonely, Hot-headed, Lion (close enough), N (has one in BW2)
If you have the ability to hack, give yourself a shiny Vulpix after you catch a normal one in the wild. This mythical creature has been outcast its whole life for being different than the others of its kind. This loneliness has only bolstered its already short temper. Because of this, Ninetales must know 2 damaging fire moves at all time.

Scientific Scuba Diver Arubetsu
Your love for the water does not stop at the professional level. You take it with you everywhere you go. Once you have access to Fresh Water in game, you can only use those to heal your Pokemon in battle (with the exception of important battles such as Rival battles, Gym Leaders, Elite Four Members, etc.).

Swampert - Blue, Brains, Masculine, Muscular (more so Mega Pert), Water, Ground, Unattractive, Quiet (try and have a quiet nature)
The Swamp - Swampert is what first inspired you to become a marine biologist. Everything about it fascinates you from its unique typing, interesting habitat, and quiet, pensive demeanor. Swampert might not say much, but it will always be the brains behind your aquatic operations. Swampert must know one status move at all times. The rest of its moves must each be a different type.

Ludicolo - Green, Good, Water, Unattractive, Compassionate, Timid (try and have a timid nature)
The Sea - Ludicolo is the happiest, most caring Pokemon you've ever met. You immediately knew that his attitude towards life is what you wanted surrounding you, your team, and your research. Ludicolo is so compassionate that other members of your team may only be healed when Ludicolo is in battle.

Pelipper - Blue, Bird, Flying, Water, Unattractive, Serious (try and have a serious nature)
The Sky - Your love for the water is rivaled only by your love for the sky. Pelipper acts as a constant reminder of your second love throughout your adventure. However, being the least favorite leads to neglect resulting in Pelipper always being at least 3 levels lower than everything else on your team. But, this does not accurately reflect Pelipper's value to the team. Pelipper strengthens everyone around it with its synergistic new ability. If you can hack, give this poor thing Drizzle.

As a farmer, you try to use all-natural products as often as you can. Because of this, you must use Pokeballs made from apricorns as often as possible. In addition, you must use Moomoo Milk to heal your Pokemon in battle instead of the modern potion alternatives.

Noctowl - Brains, Forest, Bird, Earth Tones, Smart and Unattractive
Noctowl is absolutely brilliant. As the smartest member of your team, it takes it upon itself to develop a strategy for each major battle. Noctowl must have an item of move before each major battle that gives you and your team a strategic advantage. Noctowl must also know 4 differently typed moves to demonstrate the expanse of its knowledge.

Azumarill - Rabbit, Good, Muscular, Fairy
Unfortunately, Azumarill is not a Fairy-type yet, but it still thinks it has its secondary typing. Because of this, Azumarill still acts as though it is part Fairy; it switches in on Dragon, Fighting, and Dark type Pokemon, while switching out when facing Steel and Poison type Pokemon.

Ampharos - Electric, Dragon, Farming, Country, Provides wool for knitting
Similar to Azumarill, Ampharos is lacking its secondary type as Mega Evolution has not yet been discovered. Ampharos can feel its Dragon-type powers trapped inside of itself and acts as though it is part Dragon in an attempt to unleash its full potential. As such, Ampharos must switch in against Dragon type Pokemon while switching out against Steel, and Ice type Pokemon.
