    Use Hex editing, every color consists of 2 Bytes.

    Instead of searching for the whole palette in advanced palette editor you can take only a few of the colors from the palette and search for a sequence of their hex values in a hex editor.

    The rest of the palette's color values is often close to the others.

  • The graphics are a little harder to find if they're uncompressed. You can't just SWI log them anymore. I would do it by setting a break upon read at the palette address and check in IDA for cross references. Generally the palette and the gfx are handled in the same function.
