Which is the best??

Emolga is cute, but they can be annoying.

So I'll pick Minccino

Emolga!

I like them both a lot, though Emolga just about edges out for me.

Emolga for cuteness

I love both of these Pokemon for cuteness, and while the Minccino line has useful abilities in Technician and Skill Link, I voted for Emolga since it's the first Pikaclone with a type immunity and it's also got more balanced offenses than Minccino.

Minccino has two great abilities with the moveset to actually make use of both of them. I've always really liked it's cry for some reason as well. As for Emolga, well, I still have nightmares about Elesa's stubborn Emolga x 2!
