When can you make topics?

For Vallander, here's the rules (I just copied and pasted wolFLARE's):

Rules: All you do is copy the format above from the most recent poster and deduct 1 point from a wolf Pokémon, and rise 1 to another wolf Pokémon. Have fun~ (It is also better to bold the wolf Pokémon you deducted and raised)

Now that, good sir, is an excellent motto. I like it XD That's what I did with my TV remote several times...well, not with a hammer. More like I smacked it. Same with my gameboy...buuuuuuuuut that didn't work because it lost my data because my Pokemon game restarted. I was very mad.

No, I mean everyone saying yay, and just using the hurt and heal for a filler is spam. I thought the rules stated for no spam but I probably left that out. :\

Well I dont use it for a filler.And when I said "yay" is just because I want to post something before the hurt 'n' heal cause I dont want to put the hurt 'n' heal alone xD
