    um since it has to be wolves and gyarados isnt hoenn specific would it possibly be absol?

    EDIT: whoops i forgot absol's not an evo :P. hmm... could it be manectric possibly? only other one i can think of xD

    @scarecrow : Smeargle is a Wolf , it resembles as a Beagle , with a brush like Tail .
