Not really a counter because a Shattered Psyche followed by normal Psychic has the potential to KO. That, and Volcarona naturally outspeeds Zygarde for this chance. If Volcarona Quiver Dances as Zygarde switches in, a boosted Shattered Psyche can either damage it severely, if not OHKO it:
