    It's been a few months since the previous contest, so we're due for another one of PC's Prettiest Profile Contest. If you have any questions/complaints, post here and I will do my best to help. (Please scroll down and read the entire post before asking questions)

    Announcements/Changes:

    Here is where any updates or changes to the format of the contest will be posted.

    Addendum #1: If you have won a contest in the past (including when the prize was the"Profile Designer" emblem), you cannot participate again.

    April 15th: Alright, so the voting period starts soon and some of you have not decorated your profiles yet. Be sure to do so before the voting period starts (after which you may not change your profile design) or else you risk forfeiting the contest to someone who has designed theirs. All will be required to vote, regardless.

    Addendum #2: No voting for yourself.


    What is the PC's Prettiest Profile Contest?

    In short, the PC's Prettiest Profile Contest is a competition where people who signed up vie for the votes of other PC members by giving their profiles the best design. This may include a magnificent color scheme, a good profile picture, and for supporters, a great wallpaper (Youtube videos will not be taken into consideration). Winners of both the Non-supporter and Supporter categories will be awarded a "Prettiest Profile Contest Winner" emblem and will be declared PC's Prettiest Profile. It looks like this hasn't been cleared up very well, so I will restate it again.


    Rules:


    • All General PC Rules and Other Trivia Rules apply. Having common sense about behavior towards others should be a given.
    • Previous winners may not enter; however, if you hold a "Profile Designer" emblem and have not been a winner from a previous contest, you are welcome to participate.
    • To enter, simply post here indicating that you wish to do so. You can change your profile any way you like before the voting period. After that, you may not change it in any way.
    • Please enter during the entry period. No other entries will be allowed.
    • For participants, voting is mandatory. BHWolfgang and I reserve the right to pester you to vote if you have yet to vote when the deadline is near. If you fail to send a vote, you will be disqualified. Refer to the ballot down below for more information.
    • To vote, send your ballot to BHWolfgang via PM. Also, do not bother myself or BHWolfgang about the results. BHWolfgang will be doing his best to tally up the votes with the highest amount of accuracy so no one will be wronged, so be patient.
    • You must vote for at least 2 supporters and 2 non-supporters. An optional third vote for both categories is allowed. You must also vote an even number of times (so no voting for 1, 3, or 5 people).
    • Criticism for the CSS used in this post is not wanted. :<

    You could always ask someone to help and forward them the votes. I'm sure Roswell wouldn't mind, since she offered to help with the count last time.

    Derozio already has the 'prettiest profile contest winner' emblem. But Derozio wanted to get the 'Profile Designer' emblem too. Thus, Dero asked Netto. Netto told Dero to join PPC. But PPC doesn't allow previous winners, does it? Why can't it be the other way round? D:

    Anyways, it's nice to see the members(who couldn't win last time) back here for the big battle. :D

    You greedy, greedy man. In any case, the Profile Designer emblem was once proof of victory as well as a staff being impressed, but for the former we have a new emblem, so the old one will go back to its old purpose: a prize from a staff's taste. You can earn the Profile Designer emblem the old way, so it's not like your emblem lust can't be fulfilled. ><; Maybe I should ask for my Profile Designer emblem removed so I don't look like a hypocrite.

    And I think the reason old winners aren't allowed back is because they don't want people complaining about not getting a prize each time. So, the original people in charge decided that you can only win once.
