Biography: Ronan was born in the Hoenn region and actually spent much of his early life traveling with his families circus. They went all around the world putting on spectacular shows of man and Pokemon alike. Growing up, he constantly felt the pressure to live up to his father's grandeur. While it isn't to say his dad didn't love him, he always pushed him to do better--to try harder. While his mother displayed an opposite behavior, she didn't really have the means to contradict the patriarch of the family; it was him, after all, that spent strenuous hours to provide for the family. The son of what many might call gypsies, Ronan had many siblings--2 brothers and 4 sisters to be exact. And while the scale of the circus was large, his family actually confined themselves to a rather... cozy tent which had but a single room and multiple beds. On the plus side, tents don't have much in the way of insulation, so he quickly grew accustomed to extreme temperatures, and while he could stand the cold, it was always the heat that got to him.

It was always rough on him, constantly moving around and never really having a steady home. As a result, when they toured through the Kanto region, he had the option to stay in Pallet town with his grandparents, much to his delight. While he hadn't made any close friends, he at least decided that it would be better to have a solid home in case he ever did. Thus, from the age 12 his life as "normal" kid began. He attended the Pallet Town Academy, and while school was not exactly his most favored thing, he was happy in that he now had something steady in his life, if only for a short while. The casual demeanor of his grandparents was also a comfort to him, very much different from the burdens of excellence placed upon him by his father. And unlike his mother, the couple didn't make a habit of simply letting the man of the family decide--almost everything they decided was a group call; that is, they sat around over dinner or maybe a cup of tea and discussed things to make sure that everyone's feelings were represented. Ultimately his grandparents had the final say, but they delighted in trying to make the young boy happy.

Being a part of a traveling circus troupe, Ronan was accustomed to living a bit more of an exciting life. Big cities, the buzz of the neon lights. It was something that he didn't give up without thought, and something that he can easily say he misses from time to time. But again, having a stable home worked much better for him. Having a family that embraced his quirks and oddities rather than try to 'normalize' him, he grew up to be a pretty aloof--and frankly--odd kid. His best friends being fellow carnies or performers, he had trouble associating with those who led more... mundane lives. It helped none that anybody who recognized him only wanted to see him preform his circus tricks, which, much to their disdain he was unable as had no Pokemon. And even if he did, it's not as if just any Pokemon can wake up one day being a circus performer. While he did his best to appease them, he grew weary of being just a medium of laughter for other people, only furthering the divide he felt with other people.

When it comes to training Pokemon, however, Ronan's experience with the Circus actually gives him an advantage. While he has no experience battling them, he has plenty of experience training them to follow his commands. And while some would argue it's nonsensical, others would argue its much harder to train a Pokemon to jump through hoops than it is to train them in their obvious nature of battling. When he found out he was selected for the PT test, it didn't shock him so much as it might have other kids, but his grandparents praised him endlessly for such an accomplishment. It wasn't exactly something that he wanted, however--he was done with traveling the world, he had moved in with his grandparents to GET AWAY FROM THAT. Reluctantly, however, he decided to pursue his journey at the behest of his grandpa, who assured him that it would be a nice balance between the sleepy life in a quaint little town and the life of a world-touring circus performer.

Personality: Ronan is a naturally charismatic person and gets along with others rather quite well. This is in part due to the fact that getting along with people was essentially his life, but also due to his good-hearted nature. He appears shy and reserved at first, but this is only because he had a notable lack of close friends. It takes but a short while to get passed that, however, and to discover his true goofy nature. As a performer, it's his job to bring joy and laughter to other people, and it's actually something that he enjoys. It just bothers him a little that people tend to take him less seriously because of it. They think just because he is some circus performer that he has no other talents or dreams that he wishes to pursue. And that is something that royally frustrates him.

While he was taught to keep his emotions in check for the benefit of the crowd, it was something he was never particularly good at. And when he gets upset or feels he is being treated unfairly, he's quick to show it--for better or worse. This leads to occasional tantrums and mild bouts of sadness at times of extreme emotion, but then again, what kid doesn't experience that type of stuff? Mostly, he gets angry at people who insult his intelligence or take a stab at his worth. While he was born into a family of circus performers, he has always aspired to do something a bit more prestigious. It's not to say he doesn't enjoy performing, because he does, but he doesn't particularly care for the recognition that it brings. He is a bit of a walking contradiction in that while he enjoys the excitement that something such as that brings, he would much prefer to be just another face in the background, doing his part to help this world out. He actually wants to be a Pokemon Scientist or a Doctor or something of that sort--something that he can actually do to help the world.

Because of this, Ronan hates when people insult his intelligence. The circus shows only lasted a few hours, and he spent much of his free time studying. He actually enjoys learning, but you could easily much of this was prompted by the desire to not be looked at as some fool or simpleton. The enjoyment of it came much later when he realized all the different things he could apply this knowledge to. While he isn't the smartest kid on the block, he's far from the dumbest and he has no problem letting people know that, often putting up a stone-strong bravado even though it hurts him more than he lets on when people disrespect him in such a way. This hurt is exacerbated even more by the fact that it seems as though his parents do not support him such aspirations. To him, it appears as if they want nothing from him but to live with the circus until the day he can longer perform. Mostly, it's the pressure that he feels from his father and that constant sternness has created a bit of divide between the two--but not as large of a one as he has with his mother for standing idly by while he was clearly distressed. He loves his parents, of course, but it was always his grandparents who made him feel more at home.

Ultimately, however, Ronan wants to impress his father, even if they don't get along. That is the main reason he decided to go on his Pokemon journey. Maybe the experiences he gained there would help him become a better performer in the circus. Or at least appreciate it more. After all, his father journeyed across the world with his Pokemon battling gym leaders and all that before he settled down and started his circus. While his father was far from the best, he did well enough to collect all the gym badges in his home region of Kanto; but when he traveled to other regions, where Pokemon contest were more common, he fell in love with those and that's where he got the idea for a Pokemon circus. Ronan has never experienced a contest, but it is something he often thinks about in delight.

Appearance: Ronan has always been kind of a small, but that was actually a highlight during the times when he performed at the circus. Standing at 5'2" and weighing a mere 90 pounds, all the acrobatic acts that he was made to perform were done quite easily. In contrast to his family who always kept their hair very long, he preferred his golden locks to be shaved short to where it produced a slight fauxhawk. The golden color of his hair goes well to complement his bright green eyes and bronze complexion that was gathered from multiple days spent under the sun and practicing in the heat. Two small emerald studs with a golden casing sparkle brightly--even in dim lighting. While his nose is small, his has full lips that have a nice pale-red hue to them. Many would say he is a fairly attractive boy, but he is by no means "beautiful," just slightly above average in the looks department. When he smiles, his lips curve into a bit of a twisted smirk revealing that he only has a singular dimple on his left side. The feats he did while performing required a good amount of stamina, strength, and endurance so he has developed some pretty lean muscle mass, although since his time leaving the circus it has been toned back a bit, but not too much--and that is something he makes sure of by performing daily stretches and exercise.

Always having to wear an extravagant costume during performances, Ronan dresses rather simply in a means of comfort. An orange polo, black sweats and white sneakers tend to be his usual apparel. This is one thing that he deals with simply, actually buying multiple pairs of black sweats and black polos. On the off day when he does laundry, or if it is too hot, he swaps the polo for a white under shirt and the sweats for a pair of orange basketball shorts, having multiple pairs of this outfit as well. His back-pack is of a sturdy make and is a simple brown color adorned with black trim. It has one strap that he usually slings across his chest, the strap having multiple slots for Pokeballs--it was actually something his grandparents bought him in honor of him being one of those eligible to become a trainer with the new sanctions.

And while it is something he would almost NEVER wear, his circus outfit for acrobatic acts is a leotard that ends with legs like shorts as opposed to the usual underwear like appearance. It is mostly black, with breathable fabric of a purple color on his back and around his sides. A purple sweatband with a black poke-ball patch sewn into it keeps his hair in place, although much of it probably has to do with the length of his hair also. He his wristbands of a similar fashion

Rubble and shreds of metal engulfed in a giant flame was on screen as the reporter commented on the big rig crashing into the Pokemon center and exploding taking more than 10 people's lives. On the big rig, through the fire, the camera zoomed into the red grafitti sprayed across that read: "SCAR". This had been a string of incidents in recent days. Soon after you get images in your head. They look kinda like letters, but before you have a chance to try and decrypt them you receive a burning sensation on your body somewhere. But if quickly faded away, just what was that? You dont' spend much time thinking about it as you collapse in bed.]

Personality: Wrex is a bit like Ronan in many ways. He loves battling, and is upset by anyone that insults his ability to do so. While he, like Ronan, takes a little getting used to people, once he does, that person tends to stay in his heart forever. And he would go to great lengths to ensure their safety and well being.

Part 1: The Trainer
Name: Herra Brennan

As a young girl of five, her parents decided to ship her off to Lilycove City. She doesn't remember much about them, but the hollow feeling in her heart sank when they told her. As much as Herra pleaded her parents to let her stay in Slateport, they shook their heads and her dad flew her away to Lilycove City, where she was sent to live with her uncle and cousin, Cabbage.

"This is for your own good. You'll thank me for this."

With that, her dad left and she never saw him again, same for her mom too. Her uncle tried getting her in to the arts while her cousin tried convincing her to become a coordinator. They saw how saddened Herra was about her parents, but nothing could be done. Cabbage tried convincing her more than her uncle, mainly because her uncle would always disappear. That's how Herra watched the coordinating, she was still not convinced.

"Come on Herra," Cabbage would say. "This expresses power."

After Cabbage left to train, life turned upside down for her. Herra would often run away from home and hide in the hotel. The kind owner let her stay there to hide, mainly because of what happened whenever Cabbage was away. Her uncle would get really drunk and when Herra decided to do homework instead of chores, he would always smack her and beat her up to a pulp. Drop a dish with the pieces scattered, he would lock her up in an attic. Trips over and falls, her uncle would grab her and beat Herra up with a belt. Refusing to obey orders would result up to days without eating nor drinking, along with being locked in the room.

"Say a word to anyone and you're dead," he would say with a deranged voice. "You hear me? No one."

Frighteningly Herra would always say yes. She never knew how, but he always would find out when her cousin was returning home. When that happens, he would fix her up and hide all the bruises he caused to her. By the time Cabbage came around, everything was neat and normal. Herra never said a word to her cousin, not a word. She tried taking advantage of her being around and when she took her out to the beach. That's where she met the hotel owner. They were just playing on the beach when Herra spotted a bunch of keys floating on the sea.

"Someone get those keys!"

Cabbage turned around and saw a man frantically running after the keys. Before she could release a pokemon, Herra dove into the water and got every single key. What amused Herra at that time was two things: she didn't analyze the situation and did it without hesitation. Herra could still remember his smile. As a treat, he invited them to stay over the hotel and eat dinner. Ever since that night, he grew fond of Herra, for he could never have a child of his own. After Cabbage left again, Herra fled to the hotel and stayed with the man. Anything was better than her uncle.

They would always watch coordinators on t.v., including her cousin appealing with her signature pokemon, Castform. After turning six, the annual Pokemon League began and the two would watch. At first it was just for entertainment, but when the man saw how Herra analyzed the information about the pokemon, he began teaching her bit by bit. Her uncle would always be looking for her and he could never find her. It never occurred to him to see the window Herra was spying him from. So after two more years of learning about pokemon, the two gradually bonded more. They grew so close Herra decided to never go home again unless Cabbage was around.

One fatal night, her uncle decided to stay in the hotel instead of his own house. He felt pretty lonely about being alone, so with a bottle in his hand, he entered upon the hotel. He nearly tripped his step when he saw Herra sleeping next to the tv. The next morning, Herra was shocked to wake up in her own bed. Confused, she decided to open the window, but it was locked. She tried the door too but it wouldn't budge open. After a while sitting on her bed, Herra realized that her uncle had found her. Then the door opened with her uncle with a bottle in one hand and a belt in the other. She got quite a beating that day, but the next day he was cleaning her up. As usual, that meant Cabbage was coming. Taking advantage of her cousin taking her out, she told Cabbage to visit the hotel.

"Herra, I don't think it's a good time to go."

"Why not?"

"Because-"

When Cabbage told her, she was supposed to cry. She was supposed to break down and cry. But instead, Herra told her right there about her uncle. It was pretty inhumane of her to not grief, but at that point, Cabbage felt like she had nothing to lose. That was also the last time she saw her uncle when Cabbage went to face him. He didn't deny anything, and with his bottle in hand, tried killing them. Luckily Herra was smart enough to shout at the neighbors and then the cops came in and took him to jail; he was tried of murder and child abuse. Then Cabbage took her back to her old hometown, Slateport City. When Cabbage tried finding Herra's parents, there was no sign of them. So in order to take care of her, Cabbage stopped her pursuit of becoming a coordinator to take care of Herra.

Another two years have passed, and when roaming online, Cabbage told Herra of her discovery. There was a prestigious Pokemon Academy that opened up in Kanto, located in Pallet Town. Delighted, Herra told Cabbage to sign her up. A week later, they sent back an acceptance e-mail confirming that Herra was to go to school. So when the day came to leave Hoenn, probably forever, Herra had no chains to carry. Her friend was dead and there were just to many horrible memories. Herra looked bold and without fear as Cabbage and her left the region on a Flygon.

Once arriving in Pallet Town, Herra and Cabbage said their goodbyes.

"I promise to visit you whenever I can Herra. I just wish you, then again, you don't need luck. You have brains and guts."

Herra smiled and she waved goodbye to Cabbage and saw her and Flygon take off. A new start, fresh and a new region. Maybe things were finally better. Sure Herra struggled in school not because of academics, but because she couldn't fit in; not that she minded of course. She was at the top of her class and kept up to date with new pokemon discoveries. She was usually quiet and closed minded, but the girls gave her a hard time for not being a normal girl. The scars from Hoenn remained, but Herra would always carry on.

Her first year was horrible; she got into plenty of fights with girls and always won because they all lacked on punching skills, just pulling her hair. The second year she was nearly kicked out for leaving a girl to bleed to death. But she deserved it because she would always cheat and steal from the others. She remembered Cabbage giving her a scowl in front of the grown-ups, but once they left the office, Cabbage was proud of Herra.

"You sure you don't want to go back to Hoenn with me?"

"No way," Herra said. "This place is my new home now."

Luckily her recent year, the girls left her alone and no longer pestered Herra. They would keep their distance and gossip behind her back, but she couldn't have cared less.

She's a pretty short tempered person and does not tolerate the naive at all. She's mostly not open to anyone; pokemon nor human. She's very logical and is a type of person to see the situation before acting out to it; she believes in ordinary acts of bravery secretly. She trusts no one and becoming her friend is mission impossible. Leave it to Herra to know weather or not you're deadly or just a show. Despite all this, Herra feels pretty lonely now and then, mainly because due to her antisocial behaviour.

She's not the world's greatest liars, but Herra won't share the truth unless it benefits her. You will most likely never know what she's thinking because of her antisocial personality. Also, she has been pretty envious of people that actually gets to spend time with their families or friends, but Herra won't show it. She's pretty claustrophobic and totally hates the idea of outdoor work. Yes she's your type of girl who loves being inside instead of other normal girls who are into fashion and all that stuff. She finds beauty vain and prefers to just stay inside and evaluate information as fast as she can. Most people say how weird she is, but if Herra cared what they said at all, she doesn't show it. Put a gun to her head and she won't care. Her sole moral is logic and dignity.

She's pretty small actually, being only five feet tall. Her black hair and her hazel eyes makes her face look nice, but her hooked nose made that average. Her hair is pretty curly and she long ago gave up having it straight, so she'll always has it as a ponytail, with a bit of black hair that covers one eye in the front. Her eyelashes are fair, and she has a lean build along with narrow, long fingers. She usually throws on anything but she prefers a dark green shirt with jeans. Nothing too fashionable but Herra does this out of taste in color. She wears her pendant with one side being her friend and the other was of Cabbage.

She will be seen carrying at least one book in her hands, a pen that she draws from her head, and a notepad inside her left pocket. On the right side she has her smartphone and a pair of ear buds so she can listen to her music to. She puts on any pair of tennis shoes, but will most likely be seen in black ones. You can instantly tell Herra is irritated when her square jaw is set tight and squinting her eyes at you.

My alarm wakes me up like always today. The first thought that enters my brain is why am I here? Then the information sinks in: I'm stuck in the academy during the summer yet once again. Most kids decided to go home, but I could never go back. That's what I told Cabbage when she came for me the first summer I arrived in Pallet Town. I just want to leave Hoenn in the past... Oh well... The rhythm of Train always gets me up, but today I have extra motivation to get up. As soon as I turn off my alarm, I see that it reads:

August 1
6:30 a.m.

Sure enough, today is the day. I wonder what will Mr. Grein would think about today... I shove the thoughts aside and make up my bed in my tiny dorm as I play "Drops of Jupiter", obviously by Train. I open out the window not because I like the outdoors, but because I feel like I'm going to suffocate in here. As I finish folding the blankets, I help myself by singing the last part:

"And did you fall for a shooting star, fall for a shooting star.... And now you're lonely looking for yourself out there."

I act like this to mainly not override myself; I hate drama. As the next song comes on, I check my computer to see if I received any emails of late.

I can't be surprised there, can I? It's only like what, 6:37 in the morning? Oh well, might as well get out of here. I pause my phone and I change right there and fit into my comfortable dark green shirt and my blue jeans. Then I brush my hair, get it into a ponytail with a part of my hair covering my left eye, and I head to the restroom. I rinse my face and I brush my teeth, mainly to kill time. I don't worry the other girls being here, mainly cause most of them don't get up until 7:30 a.m. Yes this means I'm not the only student inside of the Academy, but I am the only one who stays here willingly. I kept track of everything, trust me. I get out of the restroom and exit downstairs to the meal hall. I check my cellphone. Already 7:00 a.m.

So I only got a good half hour before those girls emerge out from their dorms. Like always when I wake up, there's breakfast waiting for me already; fried eggs with a biscuit, along with a glass of orange juice. The lunch lady is very nice to me, not to mention the favors I do in return. Slowly and carefully, I walk up into my dorm, and I shut the door behind me. I dig in the food as fast as I can. I'm normally a slow eater, but today is so the day. The Aptitude test for the Pokemon Tournament! Once I'm done eating, I shove the plastic plate and cup to the trash bin. Then I log in my computer to You-Tube and view previous videos of the past for years of the PT. I avoid going further for obvious reasons.

I don't know what time is, mainly because I'm too busy jotting down more notes with my pen. But then I hear that familiar ring of the email being revived. I quickly minimize the You-Tube tab and click the email icon.

I quickly open the mail and my mouth also hangs open. Of course I read everything, but one thing sticks out is the big bold words.

Congratulations! You have been selected out of 30 rookie trainers in order to participate in this year's annual PT Aptitude test!

I stare at the screen speechless. Then a cry of joy slips my mouth. Instinct makes me put my hand in my mouth. If only he could see... a sob escapes my mouth, along with the tears that follow. In order to distract myself, I go back to You-Tube, but then my smartphone rings. I check the caller ID and see it's Cabbage; good old cousin Cabbage.

"What brings you to call me?"

"Nothing little cousin. All I have to say is... Congrats! I knew you would make it you nerd!"

"Come on, I'm one out of 30. Plus, it's only an Aptitude Test..."

"Come on Herra! People are talking about you everywhere! From Social Media to the news station..."

As soon as Cabbage trailed off, I thought she was going to rant on more, but she stayed silent. Then I heard a gasp.

"What's wrong Cabbage?"

"Y-You might w-want to check the n-news..."

Without further questioning, I go to the nearest news channel online. Then I see before my eyes why Cabbage was in shock. That fire is so bright, so big, so burning...

"We are reporting live from Pewter City, right in front of what remains of the Pokemon Center. As you can see-"

The reporter is cut off and they show the rubble of the Pokemon Center. Oh. My. Gosh.

"-After trying and trying, rescuers got out all the bodies from inside the center. Sadly there are ten people deceased, and yet many more in critical condition. There is-"

Cabbage gets back on the phone with me.

"See what I mean Herra?"

"Yeah."

The reporter is now with one of the paramedics and he's speaking.

"We were asking one of the victims how exactly did this fire happened, but all he said was that one minute everything was normal. Then the next, well all of you viewers can see what's happening. In all my life, I have been disaster through disaster, but have never seen anything like this."

With that, the reporter lets the paramedic go and she takes control.

"This is indeed one of the greatest tragic moments in all Kanto. We will bring more news later."

Before she's cut off, I see they zoom in the rubble and then I see it. In big red words says this:

SCAR

Something clicks in my mind. Then I remember, this is not the first time. Then I see the other incidents in my head, at first pictures show up but then words show up. I try to decipher the sentences and words that appear but it then fades.

"Herra? Earth to Herra? You there?"

I feel so dizzy and so tired and...

"I-I'll talk to you later."

I hang up and I collapse on my bed. I feel more dizzy and tired and- the last thing I see is the ceiling.

Part 2: The Starter

This little Mareep would preferred obeying her own orders than anyone else's, but will obey those that she respects. Put her into battle and she fears no foe, no matter if they're grass, ground, dragon, or even her own type. She fears nothing. In some ways she's like Herra that analyzes information; she knows when is a good time to fight and when there isn't a good time. Either way she will never back down from anything or anyone. Her sole moral and motto is being brave and independent.

Her tail is a bit bigger than all the Mareeps in the world, plus she has a standing green collar around her neck for an odd reason no one knows. It's probably from her parents because rumor had it they were unique too; after all, her egg move is Iron Tail.

Biography: Ivo was born in the lush, beautiful area of Fortree City. Ivo admired the city's architecture of treehouses, and never had problems when his friends from other cities said they wanted a treehouse. Ivo, despite living in a small town, didn't have many friends and was usually at home playing with his dads Wingull or sending letters to his grandma in Kanto. His parents, Briney Smith Jr. and Alexandra Smith came to Fortree after his grandpa, Briney Smith Sr. passed away near Rustoboro City. Ivo never met his grandfather, and was born when they arrived in Fortree. Ivo loved to climb around Fortree City and play in the deep, beautiful green jungle. He had a secret base which only him and his dad's Wingull, Perry, knew about. They went there almost everyday and Ivo's parents never questioned his motives. Ivo had a close friend named Jack whose parents came from Mossdeep city. He was a fairly pale young man when Ivo first met him. Jack being new to Fortree, and Ivo looking for a friend, the two bonded together due to their common intrest of friendship.

Ivo was 8 years old when he was out with his Wingull and it began to evolve. This was the first time Ivo experienced evolution and it scared him and he started to panic. He hugged Wingull and the Wingull evolved into a Pelliper which hugged him back. Perry, despite having changed into a completely different pokemon, was still loved by the entire family. Despite it being Ivos first reaction to evolution, he still loved Perry as he was. Ivo had one friend, who was a construction worker. His name was Jack and him and Ivo went to the same school for a while until he decided to drop out and join the family business of construction working. After he joined the construction works, Ivo didn't see him as often as he would like to, but he had a Machop which Ivo and Perry would play with from time to time, and they showed him their secret base. Ivo's proudest possesion to date is his large Snorlax pillow which is in the corner of his base.

Ivo later found out, when he was 11 years old, that the grandmother he was sending letter in Kanto to had died 8 years ago and that he was sending letters to no one. This morphed Ivo into a different person, Ivo was a bit depressed after this and realized that life has a dark side to it just like everything else in this world.

Ivo, grewing up beside Pokemon, learned a lot about them and how to get along with them. He felt a very lovely connection with them and only with his Pokemon does he feel warm and safe. When Ivo was accepted into Pallet Academy, his parents sent him with glee. He was a determined and hard-working student who deserved to be in Pallet Academy. Ivo was very sad that he had to leave his life long friends, Perry and Jack. He will head back to Fortree City almost every summer and see his parents, Perry and Jack the construction worker. When he arrived at Pallet Town he settled down at a motel for a while until the Academy year started.

Personality: Ivo is currently a shy and reserved child who preffers to stay in the background and allow other people to talk in his stead. He rarely voiced his opinions and when he did he would immediately try and become invisible and unnoticable. If there is ever a scenario where Ivo will take the spotlight, he will feel highly disturbed and will try and be secluded again. Ivo needs a friend in the world and feels a little lonely, however after years of isolation he has grown accustomed to being alone.

Ivo was depressed when he learned that his grandmother died a long time ago and respectively it seriously afflicted his well-being. He skipped meals for a while and became slightly more violent and cold. He started giving people the cold shoulder. He still had a cheery and merry side, yet it is rarely shown on the surface. Ivo also has a very sensitive side and is not ashamed of crying infront of numerous people. Ivo is a bit of a pessimist and will immediately look at the dreary side of the situation.

Appearance: Ivo is a fit 13 year old standing at 5 feet 4 inches and weighing 102 pounds. A small 13 year old who looks like he's had many sleepless nights even though Ivo is always well rested. Ivo has dirty blonde locks furrowing down from the sides of his face and meets his nape. He has a fairly dark complexion after staying in the sun almost everyday with Perry and Machop. He has light, deep green eyes which one could see the universe in. He has sufficient muscles for a 13 year old, carrying multiple items from his house to his secret base has finely toned his muscular build along with constant climbing yet not as much as a decent training exercise.

Ivo usually wears a black t-shirt along with sweat pants for jogging and running. Ivo pertains to a more darker, monotone fashion sense so as to not attract attention. Ivo also wears a metallic wrist watch on his right arm and a bangle on his left. Ivo rarely combs his hair, however he does wash it fevorously. He likes the messy and ruffian hair style.

Theme: I think some people might find this song familiar *sniff*

Example Role-Play: Ivo woke up on a good note, he hopped out of bed with a happy expression. He checked off the date from his calendar which had large red letters written over August 1st. Today was the day that Ivo was going to recieve his notification about the PTAT and he was sure of it. He passed his class with flying colours and first in his class. August 1st, special day, PTAT, these were words that were just echoeing in his thoughts. He had a slightly more grim face when he saw that he was a month away for another same old school year, but if he passed his PTAT exam he wouldn't need to go to school! He went outside and Perry came flying down from his nest atop the house. Ivo had sweat on his furrow and brow the moment he walked outside. The unforgettable blazing heat of August in Fortree.

The conditions here were alot better than most places considering it was a tropical forrest, but it was still hot nontheless. He went to his secret base and crashed on his gigantuar Snorlax bean bag. He dozed off for a while and when he awoke he was initially slow to respond, and then his eyes jolted upon as he remembered he was to recieve an e-mail. He sprinted home and went in his room checked his PC for any e-mails... there was none. It was already 7:00 PM and Machop and Jack probabally went home already. Perry squawked outside of his window, Ivo unlatched the window and slid it upwards as Perry came inside. Ivo directed his attention back to the PC as Perry peaked over his shoulder curiously.

~PING~ Ivo heard as his e-mail arrived. He saw what the e-mail entailed and he was jumping for joy and hugging Perry. "Hooray, Hoorah Perry!" he yelled, he also saw a little notification on his taskbar which stated '30 Students of the PTAT [Leaked]' from one of his social forums. His parents came upstairs to see what all the fuss was about. His parents, after checking the e-mail on the screen, soon joined his joyous dance. He went downstairs with an unwavering grin. He sat down beside his parents and started to watch some TV along with them.

It was almost an hour after Ivo recieved the e-mail did the news report begin talking about a terrible kismet. Ivo felt sorrow and remorse. He mourned for the lost 10 people. The world is a cruel place, he thought to himself. He saw the letters inscribed in the rig, SCAR. "This is the third time this week!" said Briney, "what are these terrorists trying to do!?" he exclaimed, clearly pissed off. Ivo felt a stab of pain jolt through the back of his right shoulder as if somone was cooking his shoulder. He didn't feel good...

Letters, he thought. Different arrays of unorganized letters. He snapped back to reality as his father switched off the TV "Go to sleep Ivo, try not to think about it too hard, ok sport?." Right now ivo was thinking of the letters. He went upstairs and disregarded thhe feeling, it was a tiring say and he deserved a good-nights rest.

Personality: Watt has a certain quirk which most Mareep don't use very often. Watt is observant. While most Mareep frollick in a field with their shocking wool, Watt stands back and observes. Watt notices when danger is coming and as such acts accordingly. Watt is also very stern in most situation, and is very serious about battling. Watt is determined to help his trainer. Watt also has a very nice and warm side to him, and he opens up that side to very select people. Watt is also very good at expressing his own emotions and opinions about a subject, and is not afraid to convey his emotions into other people unlike Ivo.

Watt can be very rambunctious when arguing with other people, however he keeps his cool most of the times. Had it not been for Ivo calming him down countless time, Watt would've started shocking people. Do not mistake Watt for the rash kind, however. He does think most of his decisions through, and as such is quite intelligent. Analytical and observant is what spells out this Mareep the best. Accompanied with his egg move Iron Tail, Watt can identify weak locations and capitalize on them.

Unique Traits: Watt wears a scarf and is exceptionally more indulged in intellect than most mareep.... Yeah that's about it.

Also I just listened to the soundcloud theme you put up CM. Rest in peace Nujabes, poor guy.

The reservation for the Mareep is for the person who ends with the best SU at the end of the week, also this RP has no reservations. I have recieved a PM from Charizard stating what I said that the best takes Mareep. I wouldn't be too happy if a barebones RP took the spot for an SU i worked two hours~ on. Biography: Gelius came from Lavaridge Town. When he was 14, Gelius went to Pallet Town to register himself to the Pallet Academy. 1 month after leaving Lavaridge, Gelius is studying about pokemon and Miscellaneous things.

Personality: He is a funny guy sometimes and serious other times. Always thinking about something.

However Gelius does not like to be ordered by anyone. He stubborn, impatient and he is very hasty that he does not wait for someone.

Appearance: He is 13 years old, measures 1.70 m. and weighs 67 kg. Gelius is not very strong so some bullies "bully" him. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

He usually wears a black hat, Jeans, black shirt, red shoes and a bag. Gelius has a Silver wrist watch on his left hand.

Theme: Paradise - Coldplay

RP-Sample: Gelius woke up, with Num,the Numel , the family pokemon, at his side. He looks to the Lavaridge Town on the window. Then he checked the calendar with the 1st August marked with the letters PTAT. He ignored for being half sleeping. Then he quickly turn back to the room and checked again. Today was 1st August. Gelius just warns the family that today might be able to recieve an important E-mail today. If he passed his PTAT test he would not nee to go to the Rusturbo's School, That is far and dangerous to go alone. Lavaridge was very but very hot at August.

The conditions were good and was on a calm place. Gelius wanted to get his pokemon too. He went to the gym to pass some time with his friend, Flannery. Then he went to the shop. He bought somethings for his voyage. Then he went home and checked the PC and when he opened the PC... He heard a "PING". He went to the E-Mail.

When Gelius opened the E-Mail, he yelled while hugging Num. "Yahooooooooooooooo!" Gelius had passed on the test. He saw a taskbar saying "30 students of the PTAT..." Was... Was... Gelius had no idea what was. Maybe from the forum that he is a member. The brother appeared and said: "What is happening?! Shut up because i'm studying!" Right...

Gelius was with his parents, his brother, Num, and his grandparents at the dinner. They were watching the news. It was awful! 10 people died on Pewter City on a pokemon center. There were letters saying SCAR. "These terrorists! Causing havoc! I hope Lavaridge is not affected..."

There was something on the Tv but id didn't matter. Gelius and Num went sleeping. The day was big.

The Starter

Gender: Male

Personality: Squirt is very calm, always near its trainer. Squirt also loves to fight. However, Squirt is not stubborn, that's the opposite of Gelius. Squirt never gives up and is impatient.

Egg Move: Dragon Pulse

Unique traits: Squirt has a band on the head with a dragon face design. Maybe its because of his egg move, Dragon Pulse.

A circus performer, interesting. Everything seems fine so far, the only quarrel i have with your app is the biography. Nothing too bad it just seems that there is hardly any information on his early childhood. He almost immediately settles down in Pallet and the academy, I'd like a bit more information on his past before Pallet. What were his parents like? Any friends? Being a traveling circus perfromer I'm sure there's tons of cool stuff about him.

When it comes to training Pokemon, however, Ronan's experience with the Circus actually gives him an advantage. While he has no experience battling them, he has plenty of experience training them to follow his commands. And while some would argue it's nonsensical, others would argue its much harder to train a Pokemon to jump through hoops than it is to train them in their obvious nature of battling. When he found out he was selected for the PT test, it didn't shock him so much as it might have other kids, but his grandparents praised him endlessly for such an accomplishment. It wasn't exactly something that he wanted, however--he was done with traveling the world, he had moved in with his grandparents to GET AWAY FROM THAT. Reluctantly, however, he decided to pursue his journey at the behest of his grandpa, who assured him that it would be a nice balance between the sleepy life in a quaint little town and the life of a world-touring circus performer.

This entire last paragraph doesn't really belong in his biography, I mean there is no explanation of events in his past really. You can get away with the whole training them to jump through hoops bit, but the PT test part is definitely a no-go because the characters aren't notified about the test until the rp sample so this does not belong in the biography.

Haha credit where credit is due my dude, and I see so a descendant of ol Mister Briney eh? Seems like a cool concept, so I like your biography. It gives a good amount of history before Pallet detailing his life in Fortree, except the fact about his friend with the Machop? I understand that was his close friend but for being an important characer in his life there isn't much information on him. You know? Also, there's no mention of Pallet. You have to at least mention his acceptance into Pallet Academy and his arrival there. It's fine to go back to Fortree during summer breaks and what not but yeah you're missing a major aspect there. Remember, Minimum age of acceptance is 10. Everything else checks out fine, well written.

As stated in the rules: there are NO reservations. Everyone picks whatever starter they want, regardless of what anyone else picks. This helps breed competition and with it comes improvement for writing. So whoever will get Mareep in the end will be decided by the end of the week long application period. Whoever has the better sign up will receive the Mareep.

About the grammar errors that'd because i'm from another country. And about my SU being short, i do not have so much details because i'm already on another RP and i do not have all the time to do a big SU. Maybe on future when i have time i include a theme and work for a better SU.

I would like to remind you that SUs are only going to be reviewed at the end of the week, SUs wont be accepted after this week I think.

Edit: I really can't see what i can make more specific. I thought about in biography and Appearance but i'm from another country and i don't remember of anything to place in my SU

Yo. Just stopped by to say you've got another person interested. I've only been in a couple of Rps, so don't exactly know what's the norm for this community, when someone drops out mid-rp. If I don't send my app on time, I'm gonna be around if anyone ever drops out, assuming you're not just gonna write off that one member icly and continue on like nothing happened. Oh, and before I forget, is it okay to mention on the app, that my character could be a fan of Red's?
