While I'd love to second this, I have no idea how it would work. Unless someone can set a facility as their favorite to share with everyone else.

You can choose what facility you want to offer people. It's always the first facility directly right of the castle in the plaza circle. Talk to the guy in the middle/upper right of the castle to change which facility you want to be there.
