Mods seem a bit tense in this place... This is in no way a stab at them or a flame, just an observation. Did something happen here that caused modding to be serious business?

I remember when one of my old forums I used to frequent often and was a mod of had a serious flamewar happen between nearly every member, and modding became a full time chore afterwards.
