Out of all the horrible things in my life, this one is the worst.
I had 9 sisters. My favorite one out of all of them was Bridgette. She was 8.
Well, 2 years ago, my family went to the beach. It was tradition, every summer we would do this.
Well, we played at it for awhile, and then at nighttime we went to the hotel nearby. Bridgette said she forgot something, and went back. My parents told her not to go far.
I was in the shower at the time, and if I found out that they allowed her to go out at night, I would have killed them.
After I came out, I realized Bridgette was gone, and I asked myself where could she have gone. I asked my parents, and they said that they let her go out to the beach.
I blinked a few times, laughed and said where they out of their goddamn minds?!? You don't let a child under 12 out at night, in some unknown place!
So I let them have it, then realized why didn't she come back already? It's been 20 minutes since I went in the shower and yelled at my parents, WTF?
I went back to the beach, and. She. Was. Gone.
I lost my mind after that. She was missing, amber alert went out.
2 years later, still gone, and I hate my parents to hell. Yeah, I'm still pissed at them.
