All new pokemon games are more awesome than their predecessors, even if they are a remake of a previous generation. \o/

It was better than Pokemon Stadium and better than the Gamecube offshoots. Not to mention it was purely battle focused, which I found to be better than the barely acceptable storylines in the gamecube offshoots. x3

Sure, PBR was battle focused, but what happens when you get to Round 8 of every single coliseum? Legendaries and stallfests abound. It's less of a battle focused game and more of a mental test to see how long you can grind against the exact same Pokemon several times in a row. In the Stadium games at least, all the trainers used different Pokemon from each other.
