ROM hacking has the problems of people coming there, announcing a BIG PROJECT like a remake of G/S/C (ShinyGold excluded because that actually got somewhere), and giving up because they don't feel like doing it anymore. I don't think I've ever played a finished hack. :/

B&W's problem is the same as HG/SS and D/P/Pt. People not searching and posting the exact same things that are on the same page or only about a page back or so, and spam. Also, nonuse of stickies.
