Because you have yet to ask someone to be in their family/ pair with them. That's how these things happen.
 
..Although most first pair-ups never seem to work for me~ When I first paired up, I didn't know what to do so I ended up pairing about 5 different people. XD

Lily- I undergo a blind date in the NDCC with Max and we got paired for barely 5-10 minutes and we got unpaired.. After that, I never got another pair..
