Its hard at first...you may even fall down hard...however once you get the basics down...its fun...and once you have played years and years of hockey then its amazingly spectacularly mind blowingly fun.

I might try it someday. There's somethings I want to try someday.

Of course...its too bad I quit because it costs three arms and ten legs just to start and then you have to pay even more to go to a tournement a state or two away.

I wanna surf in nice warm brezzy weather too...but I live in Minnesota...

dissident I am

which PC settings/rules do you hate?
A lot of them.

I've marked rules which appear to be CIPA (read=government) mandated in red

You cannot swear or censor bypass.
You cannot try and make out a swear word in manners such as d@mn, etc. Asterisking (*****ing) counts as censor bypassing as well.
Why should asterisking be considered censor bypassing when it's self-censorship? Completely stupid.

# Forum Linking.
You may not link to a forum in posts or PMs, if you wish to link to a forum, use your sig. An exception is made when posting a link to a different forum as an example of something you think should be implemented on PC. These can only be made in Community Questions and Feedback.
There should be an exception for links provided as source of information also.

One month revival.
A thread that has gone 31 one days or one month may not be posted in. If you wish to continue the topic, start a new thread. Exceptions can be made by the moderators of certain areas.
Should be abolished completely. Being forced to make a new thread on the same subject just because another hasn't been posted in a certain amount of time makes the database larger and leads to more downtime.

No asking about banned members.
To protect the member's (or any banned member's) own privacy, the details of their banning are not made public. The details of the banning are between the banned user and the staff.
There was a discussion a few pages ago about Dakota John Denver. Besides, what if a user (highly unlikely) wants to let the world know why he/she got his/her rear thrown under a bus?

Avoid double posting.
Unless this is done in the fanfiction areas, no one should double post (or any number higher than that). Use the edit button if you think there is something you want to add to a post.
Should also have exception for Fan Art (Art Gallery)

Post minimums: 25 characters, 4 words.
All of your post must contain at least 25 characters and at least four words. There are no exceptions.
Another one I'd like to see go altogether. Just how does this deter spam?

-ottermi619-
I noticed a lot of other Vbulletin sites have similar rules. I wonder if it's a condition for licensing, or a requirement of Childrens' Internet Protection Act (CIPA)? (or perhaps this site is covered by other government regulations REQUIRING all these stupid rules)

Because a post less than four words isn't worth reading ;x "Hello" is just SPAM...

T-T I forgot to study for one of my tests!!! Nooooooooooooo ;O;
Bauhaus, you DO need to lighten up. Seriously >_>

o.o;; Ooooh...kay

And, ottermi, PC likes intelligent conversation. "Hi" is not intelligent. "Hi" is pointless, meaningless fluff that clogs up the forum. >:
