He's an adventurous guy, always loved to play on RPG's and feel like he was someone else because he felt that his normal life was tedious. Once inside of SAO and he realized that he could have the chance to live the life he dreamed he became more laid back than usual, not really caring about clearing the floors just getting strong so he wouldn't jeopardize his chance of living the life he wanted. He is also quite ambitious, wanting the best things that he can get and will work hard to get it. Once he has his sights set on something he will achieve it, maybe in the near future or the distant future, he will work for it and reap his rewards when he completes his goal. He has quite the business mind, since he took business studies at college and always thinks about how to make a profit and expand his own funds in order for him to lead a lavish lifestyle and not be hard done, also allows him to be recongnised figure which he aspires to be.

History

He had a stay at home mother who always cooked and cleaned for him and a father who had a job a couple of hours away. His mother would always have his food ready for him coming in from college, then he'd go upstairs and do his homework or go out and about with friends. His dad would show up a few hours after Ryan had finished college then they'd all spend some time together in the family room discussing the events of the day. After that Ryan would either go to sleep or play on video games. This started to become a routine and Ryan was growing tired of it, it was a stereotypical living for a stereotypical child and that wasn't what Ryan wanted. Once SAO was released and Ryan had heard the reviews and news about it he went out and bought it hoping it could give him the life he always dreamt of.

He booted the game up and went through the character customisation and then got into the game. As he was getting used to the mechanics he heard the game announcement stating that if you died in this game, you died in real life. He was shocked to start off with and all kinds of thoughts ran through his head but the last one that went through was "Finally", he could live out his dream life. He looked around with a smile on his face and proceeded to hack and slash his way through the monsters around back to a town where he could acquire some necessary items and then set off.

Hurricane Slash – The user stands with his feet together and his sword pointed to the sky, nose touching the blade. The sword glows a grey/white colour then the user leaps into the air and starts spinning rapidly, sword extended. This is a 4 hit combo, attacks are 1/3 of normal strength.
Kiss of Death – The user stands with feet shoulder with apart but left leg slightly behind right. The blade glows a pitch black colour then the blade is thrust forward. There is a 5% chance of paralysis
