Haha, i don't really like playing with grass pokemon as a starter
 
I know what you mean; I rarely choose the grass starter either, it's either the water or fire starter but it would be nice to see Totodile in a Pokemon game again.
 
That's why Shiny Gold is supported by thousands of people. I never choose Grass starters either. But I will in Diamond and Pearl.
 
What would you change about either of these three Pokemon? Looks, ingame stats? ECT.
Nothing really, increase in stats for all would be good. Looks are fine, but they need a wider movepool as well. Maybe an extra type could expand a sorta limited movepool and give more STAB~

What cake would each of the starters prefer?

Cyndaquil: Chocolate fudge cake melted in a bowl with ice cream xD

Chikorita: Carrot cake with a thick layer of frosting XP

Totodile: Cheese cake, of course or Chocolate Cheesecake with shortbread! X3
 
Hello, and for the topic, I am going with that Cyndaquil and Totodile are alergic to cake, but Chikorita's favorite is whipped creme birthday cake with a picture of Ash on it. lol
 
I think all of them are allergic xD But Cyndaquil would get at kake with a picture of a volcano on it
 
I think Totodile would like banana or carrot cake, either that or a cake with blue, red and white icing in the shape of itself using water gun xD

Or a Luvdisc "Shapped" cake. By the way my favourite is slowly shifting from Cyndaquil to Totodile, at the moment they are even.

Chocolate cake for Cynda!! Hehe, Cynda would love a big chocolate cake. And umm.. maybe a fruit cake for Chikorita, but Totodile seems like the type that could love all cakes.
 
Yup, Totodile is a greedy little Croc. Good luck trying to get it away from Chiko though.
 
Hehe, but remember, Chikorita can be ebil and stubborn too. It can still defeat Totodile in a battle and stop it from stealing its cake!

I do like all three starters, but Cyndaquil is my clear favorite. If in any game I have to choose between the three, then I always choose Cyndaquil. Sure, variety is the spice of life, but...well, I like Cyndaquil. I like it for the simple reason that it is a Fire-type, my favorite type.

I can't really say what I would change about the starters. Better stats for one thing, and better move sets wouldn't hurt as well.

As for cake... Cyndaquil would like lava cake, Chikorita would like fruit cake, and Totodile...any cake would be fine for that critter.
