Alright, I'm afraid that I don't like it very much. The background and the font (except for the Umbreon text) isn't doing it for me. And the Umbreon you've got there shouldn't be faded, it doesn't look all too great. And you should try putting border effects so that it's 3D-ish. Don't take this offensively as I am giving you constructive criticism.

Oh well since you said 'at once' at the end of your sentence, it made it seem like you though there were going to be a new fc, and then this one would still be alive with people posting in it, which wouldn't be what would be happening.
