But I don't think Umby learned it in GSC or RSE or FRLG, right?

EDIT: Nevermind, it did. I just never trained Umby that high. Me and my patience.
 
xD, edit tags dont come up anymore~

I never use mean look unless its on my Crobat going round hunting running legendaries. So if I had Umby, I wouldnt use Mean Look.
