I'll join.Now I wish I gave myself an Umbreon-related username but I like Latios just as much.

I know why its rings are yellow,but who cares now??

HTML page? xD I've had some experience with HTML, but not enough to make anything decent. But I guess that's a pretty interesting idea...
 
a side note about html. You can't show it directly, you must host it >_>. I have no objection regarding it but IMO it will be moe fair to have Avvy contest... Everyone try to beat cazkurou this time ^^, or maybe he should be the judge (so he won't win the 3rd time)

Well, if say you used Frontpage or Dreamweaver (none of which I have right now) you could upload it as a file for people to download.
 
I'm no expert at html but it sounds like fun.

anybody can use html, but not everyone knows how..
all you need is wordpad and you can make a perfectly functional site, with links and pictures.
(not me though, I suck) >D

I like the avatar and HTML contests ideas.
Lets start a Avatar contest first and then go into html, if this html works we could even make a dedicated website.
