True but you should know that wasps never attack first! So either you provoke it, you make it feel threatened or you're too close to the hive! Other than that, the rule applies: don't mess with it, and it won't mess with you!

What bug would you like to have as a pet?
I already had Spiders and Scorpions, but i would loooveee to have a stag beetle.
They're so awesome! They're Rambo of the bug world!

I'd like a moth caterpillar, me and mom are gonna get some of their eggs in the spring.
If you asked me a list of my fav real life bugs, moths would definitely be on it.
If i had to choose beetween any species of bug in the world, i would choose a Moon Moth caterpillar and have it grow up into a legendary Moon Moth.

They should make a Pokemon based on this.

From a breeder! They're so much better than Pet stores, trust me! Google is your friend!
I had Panidus Imperator, pretty simple to look after, yet so impressive! :) :D
Also had a tarantula, but my mom got freaked out after two months so I had to give it to my friend! He still has it, so I check up on it from time to time!
 
I would love something simple. Maybe just a few caterpillars so I can maintain them and watch their amazing evolution take place - I love their metomorphism. Oh yeah, I hate wasps and bees too. I have never got stung by a wasp nor a bee before and I definately do not want to in the furture. D: I think I might be Alergic to them since I blow up like a balloon from mosquito bites, imagine what a wasp or bee could do to me! T.T
I also hate them because they stopped me from playing on my favourite swing at my nan's in the country when I was younger. I was afraid one would land on me. But it was quite cool to witness a army of wasps attack an army of bees. The wasps won of course.. poor bees. NO, I will not feel sorry for them. Another great fact was that the country bees have no stingers so they cant dies from stinging you, yet can they defend themselves with wasps with stingers and the ability to strike more than once without dying! D:

Anyway, welcome back Makbets, we're talking about what bugs we'd like as pets, real life bugs of course.
Apart from moths, i might wanna have....acctually i can't think of anything else.
MOTHS MOTHS MOTHS! THOSE ARE THE ONLY BUG PETS FOR ME!!:D:laugh:

Mine would be Honeybees ..... I would raise them with Love for the HONEY! Not for the Money!
 
A lot happens while I'm sleeping ;.; And yeah Curious, I'd like to have Butterfree as my partner :3

As for owning bugs... xD When my mom "accidently" forgot to feed my hamster and told me that it ran away... I was so distraught that I caught a random caterpillar and put it in my hamster cage. The neighbor's daughters ended up crushing it while they were trying to pet him ;.; I was like five or six btw >.<

Oh, and I'm all for raising caterpillars and some beetles. I'm a little overly cautious so something with poisonous like some scorpions and some bugs like the assassin bug are off my list ^-^'

The one bug I feel sorry for though is roaches. I don't really think that they're that bad... I think the main reason to be scared of them is just cause they're like living zombies :P
 
When i'm in Canada i'm gonna get me a caterpillar from the forest that's nearby.
We're gonna live in a place named Rockland, LOL i bet the rock Pokemon type gym is located there. LOL.
Anyway, yeah, theres a forest near where we're gonna live, so, caterpillar catching time!
with some luck, ill get a moth caterpillar!:D

As for pet bugs, I once had a bunch of walking sticks a couple of years ago, and they were boring.
I don't think I'd like anything potentially dangerous as a pet. So that's about all big insects. The other ones are boring...
That's why I'd like a Caterpie. They're king of big, but the only thing they can do is tackle you.
 
To all Dragon's Den members: come on guys we gotta get back in action, to the Dragon's Den!
And back on topic, i guess it's ok, now that i trained my caterpie so much it should make a super powerfull butterfree.... although..... it might have missed the chance to get loads of moves.....darn it!
 
I defeated the 7th gym last night Heracross OWNED that Gym!
after I had a Spider crawl over my face. Plus defeated the Rockets and then went on towards the 8th badge. Got out of the Ice Cave.

Hmmmm Bugs vs Dragons ..... Kind of iffy on the Outcome!?!?

Butterfree, Forretress, Ledian, Parasect, & Heracross all Level 44.

I currently have a bug, a green praying mantis named Kensei.

aw I am very disappointed the Crabs didn't get in but hey kabutops did, and thats great :)
