Draggy, isn't...coming back....he's gone on a long adventure to save the world from....an evil scientist who...wants to make everyone (Don't look if you're below 12 years old, maybe 11 but still.)

So he asked me to tell you that tkallab and me are now in charge of the BFC 'till he gets back.

I think we should start a disscussion about Vibrava and Flygon, i think we already discussed it but it's not about that anymore.
It's about wich do you beleive? that he's based on Dragonflies or Antlions or both?
 
Actually I have been on holiday Xilfer and tkallab so don't worry I am back! I never heard anything so sudden Xilfer care to explain in a kinder manner or would you rather stay rude?

Oh and welcome to the BFC Tombo I'll update the list for you straight away. Also, Xilfer I'll change it for you but try to be a little more cautious with your wording of your opinions.

Now here's a tricky little topic.

If you can remember when you joined this amazing club., how did you feel? Nervous? Did you join for the fun of it or do you really like Bug type pokemon? If you could help out the club in any way, how would you do so? What needs improving? What should change?
 
I think it's supposed to be a reference to my comic. But Xilfer, did something happen to draggy or something?

Anyway, I remember I joined because draggy told me he made this club, and I thought, hey I do like bugs. And I really liked the drawing contest, too.

Um, excuse me? i wasn't being rude it's called being funny! learn to tell the difference, i wasn't insulting Draggy or anything, it's for LAUGHS! L A U G H S.
And it's only a reference to tkallab's comic.
And how was i supposed to know you were going on holiday? you never mentioned anything!

No, nothing happened, i would have told you if something did, i'm just Assuming Making a joke, besides, in the joke he's the hero saving the world from an evil gay doctor, technically it's an insult to whoever the doctor is not Draggy.
Curious sounds like N in the comic, LOL
As for the assuming command thing, that was part of the joke, it's not like i was gonna become the leader of this place or anything, leave all the handy work to Curious and Draggy, Z-ing!
Oh, and since i'm a queen bee i can make topics without approval so mine still counts.
Ontopic: I think Vibrava and Flygon are based on Dragonflies and Antlions, explains their ground type and their Dragon type, but i think they're mostly based on Dragonflies, with a bit of antlion due to typing and their pre-evolved form, but then, Adult antlions also look like Vibrava and Flygon so my assumption is:
Trapinch: Antlion Larva
Vibrava: Antlion Adult
Flygon: Dragonfly.
acctually that makes sense since Dragonfly, take away Dra and switch Gon and fly from their places, Flygon :)

I don't need to tell the difference. You can be funny but without using such words as 'fags' and such. I never said you insulted draggy nor did I think it. You might find using such words funny but to most people those words simply aren't. By wording of opinion I meant, they way you word things. Your post may be reference to the comic but still my point still applies.

By the way just saying "Don't look this isn't appropriate" lures more people to read it. Why not use other words?

And me going on holiday was sudden, I didn't have time to quickly prepare myself and post here to tell everyone.
 
Leeeeet's get back on the topic of bugs, shall we?

I see Flygon as a dragon and Trapinch and Vibrava as bugs. It's just that Flygon has some buglike qualities like the antennae thingies and the eye coveres, which look like compound eyes.

Youre right tkallab. But form co-owner to co-owner I just get a little frustrated sometimes..

I don't find trapich a bug type simply because I don't think it has enough bug like qualities/features to be classified as one. Vibrava on the other hand looks like a bug and it has some features/qualities of a bug.

So vibrava yes.
Trapich no.
 
I think Trapinch is an antlion larva, so he's definitely an insect in my book, just as much as Metapod or Burmy.

Ok, so i used a bad word, so what? i've heard loads of people mention the b word and so forth in this forum.
And F Y I I didn't mention anything about fags.... are you hallucinating? (Joke, don't fret)

Bah, when tkallab and i were chatting he found it funny, if someone didn't find it funny all the have to say is, that's not funny, and i would reply bad joke sorry, instead of all this jibber jabber.
besides, usually i'd say "i kid i kid" i must have just forgotten this time, that's all.
As for choice of wordings, it's not fair that if someone can say Bastard then i can't say gay.
and incase your wondering, no i wasn't insulting gay people, i met one once and he was quite nice! i was just referencing tkallab's comic, as mentioned before.

Agreements flushing in Trapinch is an antlion larva and Vibrava is either a Dragonfly or a Antlion Adult.
you know my google spelling correcting says that Antlion is not a real word, stupid google. even google translate sucks. LOL.

if you mean the Trapinch Vibrava Flygon thing, it's not an argument, it's a topic, the only one i could think of.

If you could change anything on a Bug type pokemon, what would it be?

Anyway, let's just drop that pointless argument. By responding to each other people just get mad.

On topic now, I would change Pineco and Forretress. I'd either make them look more like bugs or just make Pineco Grass and Forretress just Steel.

You're right...wait, he wasn't a member? i can never tell because there are so many long-lost members in this club...

I would Change Ledyba to part Fighting type, same with Ledian, they have boxing hands and they learn many fighting type moves, including Mach Punch, i don't see why they shouldn't be Fighting... it would be an interesting combination too, instead of always Bug Flying, Bug Poison, Bug Flying making it x4 weakness to Flying types, a trait wich it does not deserve.

Is there a Bug Pokemon that you haven't used yet and you think it would be worth raising?
 
There you are, Draggy! I was wondering where you were (now that I think about it, probably having a life).

I don't really use a lot of pokemon ingame, when I do it's usually Butterfree, Beedrill etc.
 
Well thomas, as i've said, my connection was wrecked...
I for one haven't used Mothim never, and it seems like an OK pokemon to me...
