LOL!!
They have to be at least at Lv 25 (to be safe) or go on Wi-Fi and do a Lv 100 battle and jot down their stats, after you do so input their stats into an IV calculator (google "Metalkid" for a good IV calculator) let me remind you, make sure you know their EVs aswell.

What if i do a lv 100 battle when its still level one, write down its stats, and use an iv calculator
is that okay?
