A few of my friends I still talked about it at high school. But now that they've moved away it is never really mentioned anymore, unless it's in bashing context.

The only Arcanine I've ever had was on Gold, and now that that game has cracked it with me I don't have an Arcy anymore T_T but I'm hopefully getting one soon on XD (If I can find another Fire Stone coz I used one on Vulpix)

Depends on which game your talking about. Some games are easy, others are harder.

In the 3rd Gen, its only catchable in Fire Red and ONLY Fire Red as a Growlithe.

In D/P its almost impossible unless you have FR inserted into the GBA slot on your DS.
(I'll never get a D/P Growlithe...:( I dont have FR to go with Diamond.)

Aw, thats sad! I got both for ten dollars, brand new. (Not for ten dollars each, but both for ten dollars!) They didn't even have the wrapping off the box! Don't worry, maybe someone will be nice and lend you theirs.
