For me, Teddiursa is the absolute winner! So adorablez :3
Ursaring is also my winner for the evolutions, I can totally see a mother Ursaring caring for her little ones <3

+ slight Pokemon XD bias. I love that game so much, and Ursaring is like, my best Pokemon in it. :D
 
This is entirely unrelated to the topic, but it must be addressed as soon as possible.

I believe Mawile should be on the Cute list. This is just my opinions, I love the thing to pieces. Feel free to debate about it's cute body and face versus it's intimidating horn that looks like a pair of menacing jaws.

however, i think beartic is cuter than ursurang. the icicles on its chin make it look like a beard. very fatherly.

i used to think the front side only of mawhile is cute, the jaws ruin it like the snot ruins cubchoo. after seeing dancing mawhile, i think all of it is cute!!!!!!

the cutest move is attract!!!!!!
