The Arcy avy never moved. It goes back to the first avy I had on the new PC. I thought it'd be funny for people to sit there and watch it thinking it'd move. And when I came out with a new Arcy avy/banner Jorfe said "Hey, why don't you bring back your old moving title?". And so I did. And what's strange is, some sit there for the longest time waiting for it to move, and others said it moved. XD
Anyway here is both my Arcy and Inu styles.
