Gah.. never been the 3v3 person myself, it doesn't require any strategy
but I'll join anyways, just need to hope I get my luck in for the 3v3 part..
Thats exactly why I love the 3v3 format =P Helps us nooblets out! But the worse trainers will eventually be bled out though so it will still be the best trainers left at the end.

Hax items include: Quick Claw, Bright Powder, Lax Incense, King's Rock, Scope Lens, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, umm there's more I think..

Okay.. seems people are confused with the "standard" rules..
Sleep Clause - Cannot put more than 1 Opponent's Pokemon to sleep. If the opponent uses Rest, that is a different case. Natural Cure is the confusion here, if the Pokemon containing Natural Cure is about to switch, you are allowed to use the "sleep" move.
Evasion Clause - The use of Evasiveness increasing moves are banned (etc. Minimize, Double Team..)
OHKO Clause - All moves having 1-hit KO description and effect are banned, such as Fissure or Sheer Cold. (Banned once Articuno got Mind Reader AND Sheer Cold... the terror)
Hax Clause - Explained above
Species Clause - You may not use 2 of the same Pokemon in the same team.
Uber's Banned - No.. this does NOT mean all Legendaries are banned, only the Uber Pokemon (explained in the following)
Ubers: Mewtwo, Mew, Wobbuffet, Lugia, Ho-oh, Wynaut, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Darkrai, Arceus
