hey, i have not heard from Redbull, did i advance?
 
Yea, I think the tournament is dead. We are very off schedule and Zunjie hasn't even been on his own thread for a while. This was a great setup and dea for a tournament, though it was very poorly organized. If somone is going to go through to the trouble of hosting a tournament, they shouldn't just bail out on it.

Your opponent wasn't Redbull; it was Glisctillery. Since Glisctillery no longer has wifi, you advanced to the 2nd round, yes.

Sorry if my post came off as rude, but I was merely pointing out the fact. And also, this is a tournament, not a battle thread. Also I know it's not mine. (Wow, people are becoming extremely rude these days)

I will no longer visit this thread because I expect him to come back and flame me or something. And also I was just hanging around to help out a bit, but since the thread is also dying, I don't think there's a point anymore.

(Wow, I'm such a hypocrite. Telling others not to fight with people, yet 10 minutes later I do it myself. xP)

Well, this couldn't even be Zungie's fault if you think about it. In his area, what if he had a massive storm that cut out his power or simply his internet? Maybe his provider is having trouble... It's happened to me once for like a whole week. Also, he probably got caught into unexpected Christmas events.

One way or another, he'll surely be back.

Hopefully, the Christmas Clash won't go on until Easter (or the Halloween tourney for that matter) I just want to hopefully get some sort of prize from this or at least a great battle.
 
Actually, I didn't do this for the prizes; I just did it for some battling and to see how far in a tourney I can get.

Yeah, same here. And I wanted this tourney to be practice for the PC tourney which starts in January :\ I'm not a very experienced battler, you see...

yeah thats the problem w/ tournies this time of year every1 leaves.... so hey can't battle and the tourny just gets prolounged...
 
I just join for the fun of it. I know I'll lose, but I still like to see how far I get. (this time, and the only other time, I lost in the heats. xD) Well I started a New Year's Tourney which will start on January 1st. Only 32 spots and more than half are taken. Don't expect this one to die, because it won't. I promise you that. I just might need some EV trainer helpers because I'll have to work on 10 pokes which will be extremely hard.

(and yes, I did come back to the thread. xD)

i battle for the fun of it and since i'm decent i can actauly have good battles with good trainers the thing I hate most is battling n00bs..they're just too easy...
 
Heya, I'm back temorarily.
Basically, my sister gave someone remote assitance to do something on the computer, he deleted loads of registeries so we had to send it off to get fixed. That's why I havn't been on.
Anyway I'm on now (26 minutes left at an 'net café), and I have to make a few adjustments.

New Dates:
Heat #2: When I'm next online at home (Prob's the day after boxing day).
On that day, we will try and get through as many battles as possible, hopefully getting onto the Semi's if we're lucky :3
In the ulikley event that my computer isn't fixed by then, I'll fork out and get another hour at a 'net café.

Quarters Onwards:
If we do get through the 2nd heat, I would like to know if you#d rather have some time to prepare for 6v6, or we can do it straight off.

Prizes:
Anyone got any suggestions for event set's, best useage of pokémon, best trainer etc. yet, then please let me know.
I will try and compensate for the loss of time, so you might get a Christmas, New Year present tie in (Asin maybe more than a Munchy).

In the unlikley event that I can't get online for the rest of the tournemant:
OK, this will be hard, but the aim is to entrust you all in helping me organize this. What I would LIKE to happen will be as so:
Example: No. 1 beat no. 15, No. 16 lost to no. 2, then number 1 will face 16. Basically using chronology.

Any other questions? I have 16 minutes left.
