Grass starter for malachite.
 
Something that stuck out to me was the final evo of the water starter. The outline should not be fully black. I like the first one but I think you should call it a splice because it looks like the base pokemon was a spheal.

Edit: Nevermind I just looked again and you never said they were scratches. Sorry for that.

Outline isnt fully black
Base wasn't shpeal

All of them except the grass starter are scratch, grass starters legs are Sheildons.

The water starters outline is a near replica of Voltorb, as I used it as a size reference. But it's not at all based on shpeal, check out the differences.

It's not based or edited from Spheal though. Which was my original point. The actual shape is based on Voltorb, some design aspects are based on HootHoot. It never crossed my mind to look at Spheal.
 
I see it's not based on spheal but the outline for the final evo has way to much black. It messes with the look so if you want it to look like a "real" pokemon then I suggest lightening the outline at some points.
