I pick Zekrom. I like his design more - it is what convinced me to get White, apart from the Reuniclus version exclusive, haha.
 
Reshiram is my cup of tea, a soft white angelic pokemon, yet somehow formidable. I love it's mammalian face as well, I think that is what I most enjoy comparative to Zeckrom. Plus the wispy white mane really sells the design!
