It's mostly waterwark. I'll guide you through.

I begin off with an image- Such as my pool, use lighten and then lower the opacity. Then, combine it with other images using soft light, finally darken, to get the Lugia to sit right.

No probs..I can do that when everyones offline. x3

Boooring...I've still got to do a banner for dragon airs trainer, and he wants Roselia, but there's only one problem with that...I CAN'T DRAW ROSELIA!! There are very few Pokemon I can't draw, but thats one of them! So when he asked me to do it for him, I was like 'NOOOOOO' but to him I said 'Okay, I'll do it when I finish everyone elses.' But now that I've finished almost everyone elses, I've got to do Roselia! NOOOOOOO!!! XD
