Day 14 - Do you wait for the translations, or read it as soon as it's released in Japan?

I wait for the translations. I suck at reading Japanese. :(

When I first got into it they were already in the Platinum chapter so I couldn't keep up to date, but since then I have been keeping up to date as soon as it's translated. :3

I check on regular updates on Manga for new translations. I try to keep up-to-date as much as possible

I haven't actually caught up with the releases yet (still have 12 volumes to go), but I plan to keep up to date once I do.

Er, any new chapter of Adventures or ReBURST that comes out, really...

Well, I won't be finishing PokeSpe for a while, but I'll see if there's any other Pokemon manga worth reading.

As for now, I'm still depend on scans translation. but later when I'm able to read Japanese I'll read them as soon as I can.

Keep up to date as possible. never saving it for later except when redownloading past chapters.

Well, Pokemon Special new chapters. I also want to read DPA if I got the chance to buy them.

I'd be really interested in getting into Pokemon Pocket Monsters or Electric Tale of Pikachu if I can find them anywhere.

EVERY SINGLE ONE that isn't Pokemon Adventures.

Except maybe Diamond & Pearl Adventure.

I guess all the manga that is not PokeSpe... to be quite honest, I never actually heard of any of the other manga before I came here...

Exception for Electric Tale of Pikachu manga maybe since many people have heard that.

I think this is so obvious, that it goes without saying.

Except I will say it. Pokemon Adventures.

why would a good fans can't accept the facts/state of their favorite manga?
Pokemon Special
It is overrated. It have many weak elements in it, make it seem inferior compared to other shounen/general manga around. The story perhaps, is the most.
The story feel rushed from time to time and that caused some of the game elements rushed too. Characters screen time and role also horrendously disproportional. What role Adan and Fu and Ran had in RS Chapter? almost nothing.
But you can't be very picky when you doesn't have much options, right? Let's hope there'll be better and more pokemon manga in the future.

I discovered it just recently, over this past summer, after B/W came out lol. So as dead last in my knowledge of the Pokemon franchise as it could possibly be.

I think I discovered PokeSpe #1 like two days after I got Pokemon Blue :D
But I think I found out about the anime first though

I discovered Pokemon Adventures in the seventh grade.

After I got back to the game from 3 years of hiatus and giving up the anime. I found it when I'm.....lurking in this forum.
