I like the idea, but it has WAy to many moves. And Burnfreeze isnt really a great name. It should be like, Firigid. Ooooh, I like Firigid.

Yeah, "Firigid" sounds better. Also snowy22, I already said the "Topaz" idea for a Pokemon version.

in a recent japanese magazine interview they revealed 2 new 5th generation pokemon:
Home - Pokemon vista
hasannipo could be romanized to hasnipp meaning it could be an evolution of scizor and scyther.it appeares to be a bug pokemon.
silipbanno could be romanized to slipburn.Could it have some relation with onix and steelix? itt appears to be a fire/steel pokemon.

Most definitely fake because the scythes on that bug thing are taken from Kabutops' sprite from Ruby/Sapphire/FireRed/LeafGreen.

There's already a fire hyper beam & it's called BLAST BURN

oh and I like to see a new move called "Icy Hail" way different from the ordinary Hail move cause this one does not summons a hail strom this one Freezes the pokemon your battling.It's kind of those type of moves you know like Sleep Powder, Will-o-wisp, Stun Spore, etc

Attaog:Attack Dog
Normal
A dog like pokemon that has a deadly bite.Has normal Stats

Slith:A water dragon that can change form and bend easily,like its made of water.
water
Has exellent accuracy and can easily dodge attacks.
 
Slith is kind of interesting. I'm not so sure about "Attaog" though...maybe change up the name a bit.
