Despite how much I hate it, Luvdisc could possibly evolve into a Ghost/Water Pokemon, like a spirit of Love or something.
It wouldn't be as stupid and worthless...

Anyway, that is a very good idea. It could just be a more unique design of a heart with the same typing: Water. It just desperately needs a huge stat boost and a better movepool (atleast give the poor thing Hydro Pump).

I think they should make Luvdisc evolve into a Water/Dragon-type. That will heighten its value, but it doesn't make sense- Luvdisc becoming a Dragon...

Hydro Pump is, was, and always will be a terrible attack, and your mind should be purged for saying that. And yes, that joke is on Smogon. I find it quite funny. XD
I was thinking it would look something like a pink Froslass, only with a heart-shaped helm on it's head. I dunno.

I really don't want the first actual non-Uber Water/Dragon to evolve from Luvdisc. (Kingdra doesn't look like anything like a Dragon.)

maybe for the legendary trio they can use a griffin, or maybe a pegasus, and a hippogriff, and they'd be called the saints or something...
