Nah, Ectomb sounds like Spiritomb's pre-evo.
I don't like Coffabee either, 'cause it could just as well be Koffin's pre-evo or some mutated Combee.

It is called Psythaz. It's just a scythe that wears a hat and has 3 orbs around it that it can turn into knives.

Anyways, sand + diapers don't go well together D;
Plus, mummies don't use scythes. They use sickles o__o

Tombecto made me think of a tomato at first, seriously.
On that note, we need a Tomato Pokemon.

The pre evo is not a Mummy or a Knight yet, its just a babyish ghost. Also just got another name. Scaraoh Skay-Row. Scary/Pharaoh.

Cubone NEEDS a split evo. Marowak is supposed to be "a cubone who got over the death of its mother" so how about one that didn't:

Let me tell you right now; the LAST thing the 5th generation needs is 21 more evolutions to Eevee. It has enough bloody evolutions already, STOP IT! >:C

Anyway, I agree with all the evolutions the OP listed, except for Gyarados. Gyarados is already OU, it doesn't need any more support...

Politoed is actually a tree frog.

Dialga, you are forgetting that with eeveelutions the pokemon do not have to have names related to their type, EXAMPLE: What does Vaporeon got to do with water? same with Umbreon and Espeon xD

Toxicroak and Croagunk aren't frogs, they are like...ninja frogs xD
