Water friend safari

I am looking to add someone who has frogadier in their friend safari, or someone who has a female froakie with protean. Can someone help me out please? Trying to breed one using a male with protean is not working out at all

Hey, I'm new here too, I am very willing to help trade with you since i'm looking to complete my national dex (so i can get the shiny charm and to really say that i caught them all). I have Omega ruby so we can get the version exclusives easier and any other trade only evolutions. I'm not at home at the moment but when i get there i'll send you my friend code when I get home! I'm also willing to battle (although I have no experience yet), but i think it would help to test teams I plan of having for competitive battles!
