Currently on my team I have a Charizard, Jolteon, Crobat, Metagross, and Kingdra. I am now looking for a 6th competitive team member. I am kind of looking at Gliscor, Weavile and Heracross but I am open to other options. If you have any suggestion please help.

I think that Weavile is the best choice for your team if you have a ground-type-user in your team (with a good electric pokemon ,your team would tremble but Jolteon)
If you don't have a ground-type-user you should choose Gliscor but be careful from ice moves.
    I hope I've helped you ^_^

What are your sets for each of the team members?

Anyway, Jolteon is outclassed by other Electric Pokemon like Wash Rotom and Mega Manectric due to both having better utility than it. Metagross suffered in the generation shift with the Dark and Ghost weaknesses. Crobat is outclassed by Mandibuzz as a Defogger, as the latter is bulkier.

Your last slot is best filled by Gliscor or Weavile.

I was also looking at Scrafty, Donphan or Krookodile as a team member. I was also thinking about replacing Crobat with Gengar. Thought? Comments?

I have a question for you guys. What electric pokemon are better than Jolteon, because I think the speed and the special attack are amazing and almost all electric moves are special attack.

Electric is a type that sadly doesn't have a lot of good Pokemon in it in general, but there are better ones than Jolteon, such as Zekrom, Thundurus, Rotom-Wash, Zapdos, and even Raikou.

Jolteon used to be good, but its really frail and has a limited movepool, making it predictable and easy to KO, and its coverage moves don't offer enough power and, well, coverage. Most Ground types can demolish it with ease. Jolteon's niche was as a Choice Specs Thunder spammer in the rain, but perma-weather got nerfed this gen, so that's not a terribly viable strategy anymore.

Those pokemon may be better than Jolteon but they are all legendaries. I don't really like using legends on my team.
