i agree with you with Luxray. he certainly looks badass. and totally underrated.

but, IMO, electivire looks like a clown.

For the topic I say Electrabuzz. It has been badass - always. It looks like badass and acts like badass. Also Luxray looks like badass but Electrabuzz is more badass.
