Yup, it would be! A pika roller coaster, ferris wheel, free fall etc... would be awesome!!!!

Apart from Ash, which trainers do you think suit having a Pikachu?
 
Kari would probably do well with one, judging from how well Ash's Pikachu gets along with her Rainguin/Pochama.
